The staff at this hotel really made it a great stay - everyone was polite an accommodating, and went above and beyond with trying to help us. David and Veronica were especially helpful. I requested a double bed but was given two singles due to availability, but they accommodated us by adjusting the layout and sheets in the room to simulate a double. The layout of the single room was interesting as the shower and toilet rooms both stepped directly out into the main bedroom, so I'd recommend only staying in that room if you are quite close to those you are staying with. The breakfast was lovely. The location was good, but it is at the very top of a few steps and a steep hill, but also close to transport links so there are various ways of getting back.

Rooms looked into the interior garden, very quiet. Large room and bathroom. Spacious garage for parking, good diverse breakfast selections, located in a high-end residential neighborhood. simple and fast checkin and out.

The decor was a bit impersonal modern, with school themed carpet and bright green touches. The garage exit was often blocked by a car and made maneuvering very difficult, hotel should request a pin be placed to avoid that from happening. The shower hose length wasn't long enough to raise above my head (1,90m), but water pressure was strong. Could have power sockets in the garage for EVs (upon payment, naturally).

Loved the location in a very pleasant neighborhood out of the main tourist area. The room was very large with a comfortable bed and excellent bathroom. The neighborhood was quiet but there was some noise in the morning from mechanical systems at the school next door and jets overhead. The metro was very close and gave excellent access to the entire city. The system is clean, safe, reliable and efficient. The breakfasts at the hotel were superb from the fresh squeezed orange juice, fruit, local pastries and bread to the bacon and eggs. There are pleasant outside sitting areas and the hotel is enclosed by historic palace walls but the rooms are very modern and comfortable.

A very nice quiet neighborhood but there is some early morning noise from mechanical systems in a nearby school. We stayed in a lower level room which had views of an outside sitting area. I would suggest an upper level room where the views would be better.

Staff was the best from reception desk to breakfast area. Location was good. We did get twin beds as requested which was great.

The room design with two separate glass enclosures for shower and another for toilet was terrible. The double sink in the middle was a waste of space. It would have been more comfortable to have chest with drawers for storing our stuff. Shower floor was very slippery when wet. The front desk was very nice to get us a rubber non slip shower mat. The shower did not have bars to hold on to, which made it very dangerous. The water did not drain well from shower floor.

Super nice and helpful staff, interesting decorated and spacious room and bathroom. The parking was easy to use and it costed 15€/day. It may seem expensive, but this was the best option from our point of view as a proper parking spot in Lisbon is rather difficult to find. The breakfast was super tasty, highly recommend. Overall we had a very pleasant experience and we will be back here for sure!

The quiet location in a residential area, but with a variety of restaurants nearby. The short walk to the Metro station at Rato meant that the car could stay in the garage, and all of Lisbon was accessible. The selection available at breakfast was exceptional - soft music in the background, with the option of outside seating too

The €15 per day of garaging the car seems a bit steep, but is the only option if you're touring - on-street parking is metered and difficult to find a space

Breakfast and quiet. The location suited our requirements for the weekend although it is not near the main tourist areas. Placed in a mainly residential area of the city where there were many restaurant/ cafes with good prices.

Room lighting was a bit low especially in the bathroom. Plenty of cupboard space and clothes hangers but nowhere to hang towels. Just a matter of Style. The website showed a good looking restaurant with a promise of traditional Portuguese dishes. Unfortunately it was not open during our stay in early March. A lovely secluded garden area with plenty of seating space.

Relatively easy to get to, although I did get an Uber from the airport when I arrived. There's a metro just down the road though, so easy to get back. If you don't mind Lisbons hill's the hotel is only a 20 - 30 minute walk to the downtown district for bar's, restaurants etc.

Lovely, charming hotel (which used to be a school building). Very comfortable rooms (clean, good bed, spacious). Very friendly staff (helped out with multiple taxi arrangements). Breakfast is diverse. Wifi is excellent. Expensive but value for money.
