The breakfast was very good, the omelettes were particularly good. The location near the beach was perfect, just one block away. The tram and bus stops was also very close by. The staff, especially in reception, were very helpful. Loved the little touches like the free cordial drinks available in the reception area. The rooms themselves were a good size and the kitchenette a useful addition.

We have no complaints but if there was something that could improve the breakfast is maybe another coffee machine.

Amazing and clean rooms. The operation of the lights is a bit tricky... it would be nice to have a note explaining how I can use them! ;)

The only negative point is for access from the parking, because the garage door is always closed, not being possible to access the reception (you have to go up the garage ramp. According to the receptionists, this is a recurring problem

Absolutely amazing experience! Extremely high level of quality of everything, service, hospitality. I extended my stay 3 times because was not able to leave my comfort zone. Breakfast was just simply the best I ever seen in my life. I was asked many times if everything is fine, if I need something. Management and staff you are the best! Many thanks for your job. In the beginning, I didn't get all introduction about the facilities and enough information about how great breakfast I can have and I did the mistake of not accepting the offer even with the good discount that was offered. Thanks to my curiosity I walked around and found a gym and a beautiful restaurant and only after discovering I decided to try the best breakfast in the world!

The area isn't super pretty and the building itself has an oldish look I have asked many times for an electricity adaptor but there was only one available for the clients; from a four star hotel I would have expected to be more helpful on something so easy

Simply one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in. The decor, lighting, natural wood cabinets, flooring, and tiles were exceptional! The TV was huge with smart features and the bed was super comfy! The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was amazing and included everything you could wish for!

Instructions for parking and how to access reception after parking in the garage were not provided. I had to phone reception to get her to come down and let me in the building from the garage. Breakfast was advertised as finishing at 1100 but in the middle of breakfast at 1035h, I was informed by dining room staff that they were closed. This made me feel rushed and even though I was told I could still grab food and take it to my table, I did not enjoy the experience as much as I should have, having arrived in plenty of time before 1100.

New hotel , modern & clean , bathroom & bedroom very comfortable. lovely friendly helpful staff .

The sensor lights in the bedroom were far too sensitive & kept coming on all night , when you just moved in the bed .

Wonderful stay! The hotel is brand new and modern with great facilities, for example a gym. The staff is very professional and helpful. The location is great, with restaurants, supermarkets and the ocean just a few blocks away. The nearest metro station is around 5 walking minutes away. The room was very clean and spacious and has everything you need. I can highly recommend it.

I would have given a 10/10 rating but the reason for giving a 9/10 rating is that the housekeeping wasn't always professional. They cleaned the room and didn't refill the shower gel and there was no toilet paper afterwards.

Location has great access to the park, beach, and an evening walk to the excellent fish restaurants nearby, or a variety of grocery stores for self provisions. Area is developing rapidly which is good to see making it more suitable for tourism. Hotel is great, but still getting established.

Hot water with little pressure made for 2 x cold showers. Unclear why this would be occurring in a brand new hotel. Wifi connection did not recognise by surname used in the booking and registration. Perhaps not a good field to use as a username due to variations in spelling, structure, etc.

Perfect location! Very near the beautiful beach, a major grocery store/deli, and plenty of restaurants and cafes. Lovely, well furnished and comfortable rooms, which were also soundproofed from the street with windows closed. Plus, the staff was really welcoming, helpful and fun to talk with; especially patient with my desire to try to have conversations in Portuguese. They all spoke fluent English, but were so encouraging and kind about my not-great Portuguese. Thank you!
