Nice hotel

A bit off the path of the Camino in a busy area.

We had a room on the 9th floor. View, large room and location were great. Very good breakfast.

Windows need to be fixed.

This is an integral, honest and compassionate hotel/company, that I wholeheartedly recommend. My partner and I had a flight at 9pm which got delayed until midday the next day. I immediately had to book last minute accommodation, and during my frantic searching and stress I accidentally booked two rooms at this hotel instead of one (as booking.com said the first payment/booking didn't go through due to an error - when it really did). I immediately contacted the hotel through messages and calling but they didn't pick up and I was so insanely stressed. I was very worried that they wouldn't refund me as the booking details said no refund (and the receptionist suggested that they most likely wouldn't refund). However, when the help line opened at 10:30 am the following morning they messaged me right away with a full refund. So I just want to say a huge thankful for being so compassionate during such a stressful time! Now in terms of the hotel itself, it is super clean, the staff are all very friendly and the buffet breakfast is great! I sadly can't say much else as we were only in the area for one night due to the cancelled flight but just based on their customer service I would recommend them.

Love the location, the space, how quiet it is even when the traffic is noisy on the outside. Gorgeous view too! Bathtub isn’t that large, but I loved the option for rain shower instead of the regular handheld

We got 2 double beds stuck together instead of a king/queen size. Good enough for sleep, but makes cuddling with your S.O. very hard

The room was very comfy, with nice beds and lighting, and spacious bathroom with tub (no plug). Wifi was strong. The best thing, though, was the buffet breakfast. So many options: eggs, bacon, fruits, muesli, yoghurt, lots of cakes and pastries, and a multi coffee/chocolate machine, and of course tea selection. Also juices, and bottled water---flat and bubbly...It is a short walk---50 meters or so?---to the A metro, and bus stop. 307 goes north to Mar Shopping/IKEA, and south to Porto center---e.g. the House of Music (a bus hub, good to know about for point of orientation) and beyond. Several other buses run by that stop near the hotel, too--306 and 601, the latter of which goes to the airport....Drive to the airport: 15 minutes max...They allowed luggage storage for the day while I went shopping after the noon check-out time.

It was right in the middle of Matosinhos. Close to the beach and market. Very accessible in terms of transportation, a metro stop right in front and a bus stop a walk further.

Everyone can just walk into the building. For example, there is no special access for guest to use the lifts.

The location is very good, close to the sea and also transportation is easy. The room is big and clean, open the window are some trees. I will forward this hotel to my friends.

Waitress are with lovely smile, while waiters seems a little bit seirous and didn't say hello to the customers, perhaps it is culture.

We needed to quickly find accomodation after our flight was canceled for 48 hours. This meant we had all our bags packed for the airport. The staff allowed us to keep our bags at the front desk so we didn't have to trek them upstairs. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We opted for the breakfast service and it did not disappoint!

I love Matosinhos and this hotel was a very good option to stay there again. The price is very good compared to Porto and the quality is great for that price. Clean, big rooms, nice bed which is the most important. I'd highly recommend this hotel
