The customer service was excellent throughout our stay. Good Wifi, decent AC (if a little slow to get going), and a nice size bedroom/bathroom. We greatly appreciated the free parking for our rental car; even though it was a few blocks away, we didn't need our car during the stay, so it was nice not to have to worry about. The location was great - only two blocks to the main square, beach, and funicular for the upper portion of Nazare. We appreciated that the free breakfast had a decent variety of items (though see the caveat below).

The coffee at breakfast had an unpleasant burnt flavor (it was from a vending machine type dispenser, so perhaps it needed servicing?). There was a sign in the kitchen area of our room that said "use of the kitchen" cost extra but it wasn't clear what was considered the kitchen versus the included "minibar", so we just chose not to touch anything (we've never seen a sign like that in any property we've stayed).

It's a nice hotel in the town. The personnel is very nice and helpful. The parking place provided was good, safe and spacious. It's just around the corner with the security code and accessible 24/7. Room provided had a covered and uncovered terrace with a nice view of the hill. The room is basic, but has all you need. It's clean. The breakfast is basic, but ok for 1 night stay.

Need outlet closer to the electric kettle. Had to pit on floor to reach an outlet.

We had a spacious room with a great bed and large bathroom. Air conditioning was effective but not intrusive. The parking garage was local to the hotel and really worth the cost when looking at parking in town. Staff were friendly and helpful with nothing too much trouble for them. The location was very central with easy access to the restaurants and bars The buffet breakfast was excellent and wholesome. We would choose to stay here again if in the area.

Never like coffee machines for breakfast coffee but that applies to a lot of hotels.

Parking situation could have been explained better. We had to go around the block a couple of times to figure out how to stop on a busy street to check-in, this adds to the stress-level and confusion. The parking is away from the hotel building in a locked garage; the staff would need to leave the front desk to bring you there. We opted to park on the street and were worried at first but the car are fine the next day. The staff multi-task and have to keep leaving the front desk for this and that. You might need something and there might be nobody there , or they might be busy doing paperwork in front of you but ... be patient and wait.

The room was comfortable and bright. Common areas were attractive. Breakfast was awesome...the best breakfast we had during 9 weeks in Portugal. Extensive and delicious. Location is good...a short walk away from the beach and funicular to the top of the cliffs. Staff were helpful. We loved going up to the top of the cliff. It's lovely up there...the church is beautiful ...definitely pay the extra euro to see the sacristy.

The hotel recommended 2 places for lunch. The one we chose, was OK not great and we should have gone to the other one.

This hotel really was magic! They were able to let us check in early and having travelled for a while that was a bonus. Then, they had port waiting for you to enjoy! The staff were wonderful, spoke English and very helpful. Our room was beautiful and spacious enough. The hotel is clean, modern and beautiful. The staff gave us great restaurant recommendations, which we tried. The breakfast was included and it was wonderful! When in Nazare again, I will stay here.

That I couldn't stay longer!

After fighting the traffic to get to it we were able to park out front to unload our luggage. We parked in the free hotel parking garage a couple minutes walk from the hotel. Maneuvering in it could be challenging if there are other cars in it. Check in was easy. Our room was in the annex. The room was huge and also had a separate loft area, sofa, efficiency kitchen, and small dining table. The room did have a safe, but it wasn’t bolted to anything, so it was essentially useless. After settling in we were give a welcome glass of port. The hotel is a couple minutes walk from the beach and to the funicular station.

Very clean, safe, convenient. Parking garage was nice and not far. Drop off your luggage first. take the stairs up to the platform where they watch the surfers when it’s high surf. It looks worse than it is. It’s a very simple nice workout and there’s all types of vendors at the top where you can buy goodies and sweatshirts and things like that very nice.

Let's start with the team which was lovely! They helped us in every little detail and were very nice. The room was huge and comfortable, tidy and we didn't lack anything. The breakfast was excellent. There was free parking for the car. The hotel is close to the beach and the center and you can walk.

The parking was a little far from the hotel. We found a bug in the room, but it can happen and they were so lovely that it passed the unpleasant feeling in a moment.
