Impeccably clean. Discrete and friendly staff. Modern spacious room with locally made toiletries. Simple but good breakfast. A really enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend :)

Rooms and hotel were spotlessly clean. Pool is a good size and never overly busy. Hotel is in a great location, close to beaches, restaurants, bars and bus stops. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. The staff are fabulous! Always so friendly and helpful and always cheerful. We’ve stayed here a couple of times and we’ll definitely come back again. Highly recommended!!

It would be nice if there were tea/coffee facilities in the room and the bar snacks could be a bit more reasonably priced, but couldn’t fault anything else.

Everything was great. The pool area was clean. Our room was on the first floor but still quiet and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is close to the beach and restaurants. The hotel staff are very friendly and kind! They held our bags for us after check out which was great.

After a long travel journey, our room wasn't ready at check-in time. The staff were very kind and apologetic but could have given us something (like one free breakfast or upgraded room) to make up for it.

We loved the hotel very clean bright room overlooking lots of trees.Gorgeous pool area.Staff very friendly and speak great English.Breakfast buffet really nice.Make sure you try the restaurant called patrimonriamona.Doesnt look appealing but the food is sensational and cheap and so are the beers in happy hour.Wouldnt rate any of the others.Only 300mtr walk to the beach under an under pass.Supermarket nearby.

Some restaurants around the area but very quiet compared to Praia Rocha etc.

Absolutely wonderful stay. The rooms are spotless. So clean and tidy. Breakfast was amazing, something for everyone. So close to an amazing beach and local restaurants. Swimming pool was so welcome after a long day out exploring. I can not fault it. The staff are so friendly and go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. Would highly recommend.

One thing to improve would be access to power sockets in room. There should be some socket available on either side of bed, even if it required using extension cords. While common areas were modern room seemed little bit dated. Bed mattress seemed uncomfortable at first, and it might be good idea to replace them, but I had no problem having good sleep. Slightly remote, but still short walk to restaurants, and there is bus stop just outside hotel, and Uber ride to city or main beach area is few euros.

Breakfast very basic, scrambled egg not to my liking, I couldn’t get the egg boiler to cook the egg right no matter how many mins I did it The equivalent to bacon, not nice Some days there wasn’t much left as it was busy but food not topped up Lunch menu, food wasn’t always available Overpriced food and drink, my opinion Went to Praia do Vau by taxi but walked back as it’s a nice stroll back to hotel

Pool water is freezing

Small but very cozy hotel, which is only 300 m to the beach. The rooms are all very light and clean with balcony. The staff is very nice and helpful. Delicious breakfast with good variety of food. Great coffee. There is also free parking in front of the hotel and the swimmingpool. Beds are comfortable. There is also air conditioning in the rooms. Would defenetly recomend!

Lovely , clean , modern hotel , very close to Vau beach , places to eat and convenient for public transport ( bus stop right outside the property) We had the family room with a pool view and was very pleased with it .

Unfortunately, whilst we were there the pool had to be drained for maintenance work so we didn’t get chance to sunbathe round the pool and go for a dip as we’d planned one day . it didn’t really bother us because the beach is so close .
