The octopus was an amazing well done dish. The room was bright and comfortable, and I liked the location a lot.

Far and away my biggest gripe with the establishment was that I was there for business and was working off hours and needing to sleep during the day at times. The amount of times I was called and woken up to ask if I wanted a room cleaning, or even had someone knock on the door, when I clearly had the do not disturb tag hung was disturbing. Also, breakfast in bed was offered but they never actually picked up the card when filled out.

I was looking forward to use the Spa. But in the end I did not because it is very complicated. For a start, the Spa was closed in the morning before 10 am and in the evening after 9pm. So exactly when I would have had time because during the day I had meetings for work. Secondly, a swimming cap and slippers are obligatory. Something apparently common in Portugal but I am not familiar with such regulations from my home country and it would have been 10 Euros extra for buying a cap and slippers. They could give this things for free to hotel guests in my opinion. In the end I did not want to pay 15 Euros for one hour of Spa the only time it would have been manageable with my schedule.

In general the hotel is comfortable and spacious. There is a Sushi restaurant called /nipponsushibar on the way to the metro yellow line, that is a good choice for us when we came back earlier. We sometimes also took "Bolt" to the city center, it costs around 11 euro for 5 people (car size XL) and costs only 18 euro to the airport.

The roads around the hotel are not that beautiful, it is a residential area. It is fine for me after several days :)

Service is excellent, staff at most courtouse, we enjoy our stay, Personally I like it,the location as it was near our parents house suited very well to visit them but still have a good space to rest. The spa was plus experience, after a long day of site seeing and enjoy bonding time with family,relax at the thermal pool and lovely massage is the best end of such lovely day...

The original room that was assign to us was having electrical problem as the ligth keeps tripping Called the receptionist, reported it Very helpful and courteous. He offered to change us to different room.

Very clean and comfortable. The room was nice and we loved the balcony! Comfy bed. Very quiet as well, which we appreciated. Staff was very kind. Has parking. We loved the spa. There are restaurants and coffees nearby.

Nothing, all was great. Just a note: For the spa: need a swim cap (you can get them for 5 euros in the spa). The price of spa is 5 euro per hour per person and need to reserve. Robes are not provided and if you want one you need to rent for 5 euro.

Friendly and excellent staff. Polite and helpful. The restaurant staff were particularly attentive and courteous. Spacious, comfortable and clean room. Spacious bathroom. Pleasant balcony.

Additional payments required for pool and parking. The quality of the food in the restaurant could be improved and the portion sizes be more generous. The bar area could be made more comfortable and inviting.

All of the staff was super friendly, in reception, restaurant and the cleaning staff. Good breakfast with multiple offerings, and a gluten free option when requested. The food at dinner was good as well, with proper variety.

The first room I went to had problems with the bed, but this was fixed fast by transferring me to a different room when I went back to the reception. The pillows could have been a bit more comfortable.

The location, SPA facilities, size of the property were great to spend some days in the city and enjoy the staying. Breakfast was tasty, bar with a nice choice. All clean and modern. Would recommend for a business trip or family journey.

Sometimes had to wait to get access for breakfast or get to the SPA. The sozes of the SPA are less then the demand so you have to reserve in advance.

The breakfast is good, lots of choices, the spa is perfect, it allows our childs having fun and help us relax. The staffs are kind and helpful.
