In so many ways having a car to travel around Porto is a disadvantage. I chose this hotel because it has on site parking. The Metro is so close to it and made it so easy to travel into the center of Porto cheaply. We were so fortunate to speak to a Lady who spoke English and who helped us with the ticket purchases. Tickets must be validated before going onto a train. That was just one day, but another day we drove the Douro river. I want to go back! Magical in small parts. A hard drive, but worth the experience.

Nothing negative.

The property is located above a shopping mall and right next to a metro stop, which was really convenient. The room was on the smaller side, but very comfortable and nicely decorated. The bed was soft. They had nice working ac. The breakfast was extensive. They had a large spread of items including breads, yogurt, meats, cheeses, a pancake machine, a machine to make fresh squeezed orange juice, and coffee of course. They had ample free parking.

Getting to the parking lot was a bit challenging, which I knew going into it, as they send out detailed instructions before arrival (much appreciated). Additionally, there are signs pointing you in the direction of the hotel, so if you follow those, you won’t get lost. Only negative is if you get back from the city later than 10pm, the mall is closed and you need to walk around to get in, but it really wasn’t a big deal at all.

Location on the metro that goes to the luis 1 bridge with all bars etc. Shopping centre underneath good, but hotel has a good view over Porto and a nice outside seating space. Bar does some food too. Car pak outdoor but good. Comments on it being difficult to find car park - found it easy. Up the ramp to the hospital and follow the round round to the left - simples. Reception staff helpful.

All fine for this price. I would stay again.

Even though it is located outside the city centre, the hotel is literally on the side of a metro station with a 10min connection to the centre. Room was what would be expected, nothing more, nothing less. Breakfast was really good! Lots of options to vary the breakfast during the week.

Outside area could be better. It's just some old metal chairs and tables. You can do better!

It was not easy to find a car entry to the hotel. The entry was shared with a hospital and it was not too clear for me where to go. Some more distinctive banner or signpost would be better.

Amazing breakfast with healthy options: chia, yogurt, fresh squeezed orange juice. Different kinds of coffee. Long breakfast hours from 6till 12 and 24hours meal option. Water with lemon at the reception. Down stairs a supermarket and food court. Outside the building metro station that takes in 15min to the city center. Nearby a Park. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Clean Nice staff. Better than 4star hotel in Venice.

It would be great to have a mini fridge and a tea pot in the room.

breakfast was great: many choices, good quality, fresh; metro right in front of the hotel which makes it very convenient to reach the city center or to get back from there - the metro runs like every couple of minutes and takes you into / out of the city without switching metros or having to use anything else (busses,...).

Instructions to get there by car could have been a little clearer / better

Like the free parking for guest just in front of the reception office. Quality breakfast. Hotel building connected to food court and supermarket just floor below reachable by lifts. Best is the IPO Metro Station just outside of the commercial building, Porto is just a few stations away....

No sign boards to lead you to the hotel entrance once the commercial building is closed from the IPO station at night.

The location for the meeting which was nearby was great. Also the metro station is very near with good connection to the city center. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was Ok, but some additional vegetarian/ vegan food could be added.

That the windows could not open, you have to ask special key if you want to open the window.

- Parking and location, very close to the metro station (you can reach the center in 15/20 minutes).. Moreover the Hotel is located in the same building of a shopping center, with a big supermarket, bars and shops. - The room was clean and comfortable. - The breakfast variety can be improved, but I appreciated the pancake maker.
