Staff is very friendly, very extensive breakfast buffet with quality meals, the hotel was very clean, in the majority of the cases the soundproofing was good enough (bar door slamming), the beds were fantastic to sleep on, nice and extensive TV channel list, and just across the street there's a bus and a metro station.

Our room had a couple of non critical faults, like poor/blinking light, a very non-cooperative shower faucet (hard to regulate temperature, it was always too hot), a door that wouldn't like to close properly unless slammed quite hard. It would seem some of the neighbors had the same problem so this slamming could be a bit disturbing, especially during late hours. Wifi worked but was not really usable for streaming purposes.

Great location across from the Metro and a short walk to the Campanha Train Station and a view of the bridges over the Douro River. Staff was kind and professional and kept our luggage until our room was ready (we were 5 hours early). The lobby was impeccably clean, comfortable, spacious, and inviting with multiple seating areas and a staffed bar where we enjoyed espresso while we waited for the start time of a food tour (and they had umbrellas for guest use!). It is a business hotel with lots of conference rooms, but they are located on a separate floor which meant no crowds in the lobby. The room was clean, spacious and quiet with a very comfortable bed and bedding. The bathroom was also spacious and there was plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and high quality with a lot of variety.

Clean, comfortable. Air/heat was quiet and perfectly adjustable. Wide rain showerhead. The ability to leave balcony door open for fresh air was great. Useful that there was a metro stop across the street and a bus stop too. I loved the atmospheric lighting (but wished for brighter light as well.)

The desk chair was too low to be able to use the desk properly for a laptop or paperwork. Also I prefer an empty fridge, not full of minibar things, though I can see why others might like that.

Very spacious room and public areas. Great garage parking included in the room we booked with height for our camper van so we could leave it with peace of mind and security 24 hours. The location was great. We managed to find the hotel relatively easy and with the metro across the road everything was just a couple of stops away. We didn’t eat in the restaurant so cannot comment but thee are a few restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The staff we all fantastic

The hotel was in a great location for exploring Porto on foot but it had the best of both worlds with a metro station almost next door. The hotel itself was spacious and very clean. The bedroom was a good size and the beds were very comfortable. Bathroom had nice toiletries and big fluffy bath towels. Parking was available on site which was a boon and breakfast was varied and plentiful. All the staff were so nice and reception staff were very professional friendly and extremely helpful. They made our stay even better as they sorted out our sightseeing plans and organised an outing for us. Many thanks to Marco for that!

A lot of restaurants nearby. Easy to get to the city because the metro is just across - and has an elevator at the street level. One stop away to Campanha train station (for day trips outside Porto). Laundromat also nearby. The room was okay. Housekeeping staff was also very efficient - and accommodating. Front desk staff also great - friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good because there were a lot of choices - hot and cold.

Just wish the bathroom had better hooks for recycling (hanging) the bath towels. The ones they had in our room couldn't hold the bath towels, so I had hard time drying them.

ROOM: The room was nice, comfortable and clean. The bathroom was also okay, with nice big shower, toiletries and enough space for our stuff. BED: The bed was okay. BREAKFAST: The breakfast was very nice, with nice selection of cold cuts, cheeses, bread, vegetables, fruit, eggs, sausages, sweets. Juices were nice and the coffee was okay. DESIGN AND SURROUNDINGS: We parked the car in the hotel garage. The metro station is right in front of the hotel, and we loved the cocktail bar across the street for a late night drink before going to bed. COMMUNICATION: The staff was welcoming. The check in and check out process went smoothly. The wi-fi was good.

Beautiful modern hotel. Spacious room and bathroom. Air-conditioning is available, but we just opened the windows over night and had comfortable temperatures in the room. Very quiet throughout our entire one week stay. Metro station is right in front. Super convenient. But it is also within walking distance to the old center of Porto. Delightful staff, very helpful. We got a small bottle of Portwine, some chocolates and water complimentary on arrival. Awesome breakfast. We had to leave early on our departure day and they made us breakfast to go. Another advantage was that it is within walking distance or one Metro stop to the Campanha train station.

Nothing I could complain about.

The hotel is located right in from of the Heroismo metro station, and within a relatively short walking distance of the train and/or bus stations. The street is full of small cafeterias and bars, yet the rooms were not noisy. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, always smiling and ready to help. The rooms were spatious and clean. Breakfast was amazing offering traditional as well as typical Portugese foods. I would definitely recommend the hotel either for business or leisure stays.

We were satisfied with everything, although the guests may be surprised by the design of the bathrooms which have walls out of obscure glass.

Near the metro rail, around 20 min walk to the city center, bed was comfortable, breakfast was good.

In one of the nights someone opened my room in the middle of the night - pretty scary - luckily the door being open woke me up and was able to call out to let them know that someone was in the room. Among other things, I considered the view from the rooms too, however the rooms offered to me did not have good views (was looking for the Duro River and the city views).
