very good staff and rooms design, perfect breakfast.

We had a balcony, but it was dirty and has no any chair or table: so, totally unusable and it is very strange… Shampoo and gel seems were combined with water, so almost not usable or you need to spell more. No kettle, so in 4 stars hotel you can’t make a tea or coffee… very strange. anyway, it’s good hotel and I can advise. only a few points to be improved and will be amazing.

Superb comfortable hotel, close to one of main rail stations and 2 of metro stops. Extrarordinary vslue.

It is quite a walk from centre of Porto but you can take bus or tram. We love to walk so it did not worry us.

Very new and clean hotel. Even though it's a bit away from the old town (5 mins walking distance to the nearby metro station, and just 3 stops from the old town central), it's rather quiet during the nights. Breakfast is fine, small and sweet, the kitchen does a good job!

Check your nationality before you sign for check-in, I didn't expect this kind of bully is also happening in the hotels in Porto...Some of the countries will be categorized as the province of other countries...

Modern hotel with excellent facilities beds extremely comfortable and the shower was great.

A little way out from centre but Metro station only a short walk away and frequent trains very cheap.

beautiful hotel and rooms, comfortable, modern and clean. location is very close to the train station and metro so getting around was easy, but not too many places really close. a couple of good cafes within a bock or two.

Overall my stay was wonderful, but I wish you had stationary, Kleenex , coffee machine, clock… sometimes they come very handy! But overall was a wonderful hotel to stay and I will go back again if I go to porto!

I am a walker, but Location was a bit far from main attraction since there are a lot of hills to walk through !

Located nearby a metro and a train station. Friendly, helpful staff, good breakfast, we were also really happy with what the hotel restaurant offers in terms of dinner. Rooms tidy, cleaned daily, space looks nice and new, we had everything we needed. Wifi and airco were working well. I would totally stay there again!

Shower design was not really well thought, I had to be really careful, otherwise water was all over the place. It was also flowing down the drain quite slowly, we had to watch out so it won't overflow on the bathroom floor, but all in all it was only a small downside.

CAR PARKING POLICY On arrival receptionist remotely opened garage door andvparked in 1 of 33 remaining spaces .Went to reception where receptionist demanded I leave car park and park on st .I explained last time in porto street car was broken into and platform saod car parking availabe .She replied car park full.I explained 3 spaces .she said they were reserved for other guests .I pointed out platform said reservations not possible .spoilt whole experience .I said call me if other guests wants my space .noone called for 2 days.

Only 5 minute walk from Campanhã train station (although uphill). Clean and modern (open in 2021?) Had a mini fridge, room safe.Our room (605) was spacious had two balconies and bed was comfy. Great room if travelling with family as had extra single bed and space for travel play pen. Large breakfast area with access to outdoor patio. Evening meals available with limited menu. Able to add on breakfast as needed basis for $10/person/day Short walk to Horacio metro station and mini grocery store. Handy for day trip to Guimaraes by train.

No kettle in the room but front desk did get us one. Area feels like it is in the process of being revitalized so very few restaurants in the immediate area. About a 20 minute walk to city center.

Really lovely spacious room. Very modern with an amazing balcony view. Staff were very helpful and polite. It's very near to the metro. You can get to many tourist sites for under 5 euro, which is about the Uber price to Ribeira from there. Very convenient. Breakfast is really good with a few nice options. We had a rental car so it was kept underground for a cost of 11 euros a day.

Nothing bad. Perhaps the auto machine coffee at breakfast. But you can always get a good cappacino at their bar or one of the nearby coffee shops.
