Staff are extremely friendly and always ready to assist with anything. Breakfast really good with a big variety of didffernet beds, cakes, cold meats etc. The Hotel is pleasantly quiet. Bed is comfortable. A computer and printer are available to be used should you need to print anything. Water temperature and water power is very good. Safes of a decent size to fit a 16inch computer is available in the room. There is also a little convenience store close by to purchase snacks or drinks.

The airport doesn't really have a airport shuttle. They use the services of a taxi company. So if your cases get lost in transit like mine did, you will get charged extra while the taxi driver waits for you. There is just no room service but there are alot of different options nearby to go and eat.

Perfect location just outside Povoa de Varzim, within walking distance to the beaches and to the city with restaurants and supermarkets nearby. We had a room with balcony overlooking the beautiful garden. Free parking indoor and outdoor. Breakfast was included and the buffet offered a variety of cold and warm dishes, also catering some vegan options. Day trips to Porto (by car or by metro), Braga, Guimarães highly recommended.

Everything was excellent. Breakfast was fantastic, good choice of hot and cold foods. The room was spotlessly cleaned everyday. The balcony view of the garden was lovely. Closest beach, Fragosinha, was the best beach, 15 minute walk. Metro was a 30 minute walk but did not feel that long. 30 minute walk to the main strip. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room was very well appointed and great comfy beds. The fact that there was a coffee maker and a fridge really stood out for us. This was a big plus. The balcony looking over into the beautiful gardens was an added bonus. There was ample safe parking both above and under ground. This hotel is a real gem.

Very clean, well maintained rooms. Easy to walk to from the Camino track. The reception staff were great with providing dinner options for us.

I’d prefer there to be hard soap in the shower rather than liquid soap. Hard to pump the soap and hold the shower nozzle at the same time without putting water all through the bathroom.

Staff very friendly, SMART TV in bedroom to watch Netflix, YouTube, etc. Breakfast was robust and amazing. Nice balcony outside of room to get fresh air. Modern bathroom with great lighting and perfect shower.

Only downturn is that it is a far walk to the beach. But for the price it is worth the stay.

Very clean hotel and rooms, staff friendly and helpful, breakfast included with wide variety of nice food and drinks. Location handy for beaches (20 min walk), and local bars and restaurants.

We are cycle touring and they had a underground garage to store our bicycles for the night. tithe breakfast had a lot of different options. The room was clean and recently renovated. it is back off the main road so quiet. a really good deal for the price.

The hotel's facilities, a large and well equipped room with a very nice balcony and view on the town of Póvoa de Varzim and on the garden of the hotel. The common areas as well as the rooms are spotless and the staff is very friendly and welcoming.

The Internet was superfast and the staff were very obliging.

Our safe and aircon didn't work at the beginning but they were fixed very quickly.
