The room was very spacious, the kitchen was ready to cook, with more or less all the equipment. There was a big window at the kitchen and a lot of small windows. The bathroom was pretty good!

There are some equipment that the house didn't have, like electric thermos, something to make toasts, or a hair dryer. Also, the table for eating is not so big or comfortable.

There was no hair dryer. Wi-Fi worked poorly.

The bathroom was nice

There was a window in the bathroom looking into the other room. There was no door for one of the rooms. The staff was very unresponsive. 30mins to check in and we still had no access codes. It was sent about 10 mins after check in time. 24/7 front desk? Lie. There was no front desk on site. This issues are probably the reason why only card payments are accepted.

It was freezing cold in the room, with no internet access.

Pro's: Located within walking distance to beach and restaurants

Cons: Unable to find any free parking the first day. Parking areas restricted to either 2 or 4 hours. We managed to squeeze into the one available space outside the apartment the next day, but we could then not risk going out in the car as we would likely loose the space. The shower room toilet leaked so the floor was constantly wet and smelled fowl. We reported to management but nothing was done to resolve this. I suspect it's an ongoing issue as the floor was already stained. There is no oven just a combination microwave with no instructions. The bunk beds are in a separate room/cupboard with no doors and they squeaked loudly all night when anyone moved There is a window between the shower room and main bedroom! Although it was frosted glass, you could still see and clearly hear what was going on in the bathroom - very odd The floors all felt sticky with bare feet There are a lot of stairs leading to the apartment.

0/10. The apartment was terrible. We have booked it for three nights. We spent one night terrified and disgusted. We decided to leave because it was terrible. We called to the owner, but she just didn't want to talk to us. We asked for the cancelation without any charges because we left after spending only one night in there. But owner didn't confirm our request in booking app. The apartment ad is different from what you really get. The room is in attic. Stairs are so small and narrow. It is not possible to bring suitcases upstairs. We didn't find these things which were mentioned in ad: fan, iron facilities, free toiletries, tea/coffee maker, electric kettle. Also the flat screen TV is really small, like our tablet. Also channels aren't working properly, with inferencies. We came to apartment late at evening. There was not any lining for blanket. Blanket, pillows was very dirty with a lot of holes burned with cigarettes. In the bathroom the shower holder was broken, so there was no possibility to get the shower. In the kitchen, stovetop and floor tiles were broken. We felt unsafe to use stovetop not make some electrical damage. The room was not soundproofing as it was written. We heard everyone coming to staircase, to the building and people talking in other apartments. For the conclusion, we were attacked by the ants colony in apartment. We were horrified and disgusted. We left the apartment after first horrible night and didn't come back, despite the fact that we still needed to spend two nights in Setubal. It makes sense why the landlord didn't confirm free cancelation and took all the money in advance. I hope this information will help other people not to spoil their holiday by staying in that terrible apartment. We hope that booking will investigate this situation and won't let this owner to rent that apartment in booking, because it is humiliating and terrible experience for customers.
