The rooms were on the top floor of a pleasant modern block overlooking the old town. Reasonably well appointed but slightly faded. A good breakfast was to be had on the same floor. Restaurants abounded in the streets below!

There was nothing to complain about comparing what we paid with what we experienced.

Good central location made it an easy walk to most of the places of interest. Firm mattress, good shower, adequate space to put our luggage, room was quiet at night. Buffet breakfast was OK. Very close to the excellent Setubal Farmer's Market and a large Pingo Doce supermarket. Friendly, helpful front desk staff.

We were surprised to find that the WiFi/Internet service was so slow (measured at less than 5 Mbps on several occasions).

Our room was quiet and very comfortable. The towels and linens were good quality and replaced when requested. The location is in a convenient area to the places we wanted to explore. We always felt safe there both day and night. Breakdfast has a nice selection and the room and terrace are very pleasant. SPECIAL RECOGNITION to Fabio and Fatima went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Thank you, Fabio and Fatima for making our visit to Setubal so very special!

Air condtioning was too cold in the breakfast room. I did ask to have it turned down and then it was fine.

The breakfast has more than enough choice to enjoy your first meal of the day. The rooms are clean with more space then average. Another positive things of Luna is that whenever you walk out of the hotel you are straight in the center of Setubal. (2 min Walk)

I have nothing negative,

The location was perfect. Our suite was very spacious. Aircon was great. Facilities is the room were great. Shower was powerful and warm. Breakfast had a large selection, in a nice room with views and even outside tables. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Our room had a shower in the bath. Not always great for stepping in and out of when you’re older. It had a glass screen which is a positive.

The breakfast was delicious and our room had the best view! We were on the top floor and I just loved sitting in the window in the evening watching the birds, people and overall view.

The only thing I didn't care for, was the bed. It was too hard for me and my back hurt in the morning.

I stayed with a friend and we loved the staff, the location and the room.

The only problem is that the shower was broken. Half of the water came through the faucet and the other half from the shower head, so showering was a little bit uncomfortable. Since we only stayed for a night, we didn't ask to change rooms, there was no point in doing so. Everything else was amazing and I recommend it.

The staff is extremely supportive, the rooms were very comfortable and the location, great.

To the hotel management, I would look carefully to the exhaustion system of the bathrooms. Nothing wrong with the bathrooms, but the ventilation could be better, keeping them ok longer.

Very central location, excellent to visit Setúbal. The rooms are very big - in our case it was a bedroom with a separate living/sitting area. Everything seemed very clean and in good working order. The personnel were extremely friendly and helpful.

A little pricey, but it was Easter.

Hotel and room were super clean! Perfect beds and amazing breakfast. Highly recommend!

Wifi wasn't working and not very easy to park.
