The resort itself was lovely, clean, spacious. The breakfast was lovely and for our breakfast only package it was nice to have a mimosa included. I enjoyed the piano performer each morning. Lots of lounge chairs around the pool. Two members of the reception staff were exceptionally helpful. Samuel had solutions for all our questions about restaurants and travel and Laura went extra steps to help us find a one-way rental car.

I felt for this stay without meals included and without a car it was a long walk to the beach and to Tavira. We did Uber to Tavira and we walked to Cabanas for the beach and meals, but it was just a little unexpected. Would have loved to be able to see the Atlantic from the resort. Our room size was fine and had everything we needed but somehow we ended up in one of the only rooms without a balcony which was disappointing. Considering the resort wasn’t fully booked it would have been nice to have been upgraded.

The breakfast was very good had excellent choice something for everyone very well laid out. The location was excellent The rooms are very good very clean the hotel was very well laid out you didn't have to walk to far to any of the bars or the eating area's the pool was excellent had slopes going into the pool and jacuzzi areas all round the pool with lovely islands around and the the girls that did the exercises twice a day were brilliant got everyone enjoying the moves

The only thing that I can think of that improve on is handrails on the steps for disabled people and rails going into the pool

We found this hotel to be really lovely. Despite some really negative reviews. The staff work really hard and try their best. I agree some are not overly chatty/smiley, but that is because they are very busy The food is good, there are lots of options. Food was well presented and fresh. We used the Grill and Rio restaurant (you got a voucher for 1 visit to each per stay, booking 24 hours before hand) The grill was ok but preferred the other one. The wine was free poor from bottles, not those horrible tap wines you get in some all-inclusive. The cocktails were a little bland/pre mixed, but you could up grade if that is your thing. The pool area is lovely. There are lots of nice seating areas too. We used the boat to the beach, that was really fun. We walked into Cabanas, a lovely little place. We also got a taxi into Tavira. It's worth exploring and costs approximately 15 euro. Rooms are very clean and well serviced. Ours had a shaded balcony in the afternoon/evening. Not facing the pool etc but we could still see the estuary and the sea, so we were happy enough. All in all, we had a superb time. Don't be put off with all the negative comments on other reviews..

The rooms are a little small with little room around the bed but it wasn't a big issue. Would prefer an actual door that closes not a sliding door into the bathroom. There are some loose tiles around the pool. No milk in the room for the tea/coffee, but I guess. We could have asked but didn't. We think an actual coffee bar would help with queues at the bar, as most of the time, you have to wait while coffee is being made. It's not the fault of the staff But overall the hotel is great and the things we didn't like were very small and more for information so the hotel might make a few changes.

The all inclusive was well worth the price, even if you didn’t eat dinner each night, they had a great variety for lunch and drinks at night were included. The pool is amazing and has great aqua gym classes everyday. We really liked the DJ at the pool in the evenings. Pleasant and helpful staff, kept the hotel very clean and welcoming. It is a very calm and quiet resort, that is perfect for relaxing.

The facilities in the area weren’t made very clear at check in. We were never sure where to get the boats for the beach. Due to its location near the water, mosquitoes were an issue when eating or drinking outside. They could have more candles or things to reduce them. The bar staff were a bit slow at the snacks bar during peak lunch time. They needed more staff there at times.

Lovely property, always sun beds available, food was okay, some days not a lot of options especially if you’re vegetarian although always something! Not great if you’re fussy! Pool paving was a death trap although looks as though it was being fixed the day we left! Cocktails are from a machine, they’re okay but quite sweet! Poor bar doesn’t open until 1 which means it’s a treck to the other bar which often had a large Que! The staff weren’t always great either! On one occasion we were ignored 4 times by members of staff despite being next in line! rooms were comfortable and cleaned daily! Tea and coffee available in the rooms but no milk! Water supplied on arrival! Overall we had a great stay!

Not an awful lot in the area but we didn’t mind, lots of mosquitos so some some of repellent around the hotel would be nice!

Great getaway! The hotel was adult-only, with rooftop entertainment at night. There were many food options throughout, including snacks. In addition, you can book the grill or Ria restaurant (24 hours in advance), though you sometimes struggle to book as they’re fully booked by 8. The drinks for the all-inclusive were amazing, despite the cocktails being made by a machine. The facilities were great, with a beach nearby that was accessible by boat. Most importantly, the staff were friendly and helpful.

The location was far away from the cities, but there's a little village nearby with a boardwalk and shops that I recommend visiting

Great and enormous central pool! Amazing food! Wonderful space next to the river where you can have breakfast whilst starlings make you some company. The hotel private boat to take you to the beach!

The bath extractor in the room bathroom starts to work automatically at 9am and don't stop until the end of afternoon; there's no switch to manually control it. There should be more thatch roof sun shades around the central pool. The rooftop doesn't have too much shade so during the day it is very hot being there, in the rooftop pool zone. To few spots for parking the car.

The All inclusive option was perfect. Very clean and neat around the pool and bar area. Staff sanitized and mopped every evening and morning I noticed. Nice, peaceful and calm relaxation in the sun. Breakfast and buffet were amazing with a huge variety of options. The drinks were pretty good. The gym facility is small but has everything you need for a good workout. The Spa area was very clean and it included an sauna, jacuzzi and indoor pool which was practically empty. Did a couples massage and facial which felt amazing. Can't beat the price! Already planning my trip to come back here.

Beautiful site, staff very pleasant and friendly; also worth mentioning their flexibility on upgrading our room once they knew one of us was recovering from a medical condition. Ace customer service.

The fact that for breakfast you couldn’t have a natural juice specially considering that the region is know for the oranges; the machine juices were awful definitely not on pair with the rest of the experience. Just buy an orange juice machine and make your customers happy!!!

Lovely hotel. Very clean and modern. Facilities are great. Nice choice of pool depending on the vibe. Food was fresh and tasty. Staff were friendly. Lovely outdoor seating

Hotel was noisy at times. Music blaring in corridor at 8am. Although staff were very friendly, some were quite inexperienced. Would have to ask 2/3 staff before getting the info we needed. We upgraded to premium all inclusive but this did not include basic drinks that cost the same as other cocktails. Outdoor seating was lovely but as we were there in Feb it wasn’t possible to sit outdoors in the evening. Availability of blankets or some gas heaters would have been handy. Over all great stay.
