The hotel was stunning, beautiful artwork everywhere. Mário was really helpful in providing local food recommendations and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was great, my children loved cake for breakfast! There was nothing to fault about the hotel at all, the small pool made a great “plunge pool” as it was unsurprisingly not warm in February! Tavira is a lovely town for exploring this part of Portugal, with Fuzeta and Olhao not far too. Could not recommend this hotel enough to anyone.

Not much, it’s a lovely boutique hotel, so do not go expecting a large hotel with all amenities etc

super nice boutique hotel. old building from the 18th century. lot of interior being preserved. lovely garden with a small pool. Location is great. The guys and girls working there are super friendly and helpful.

If you have a light sleep this might be not for you. since there is a church and since it is in the city there is some nightlife but not long. max until 11 pm. we had our window open so we had some cooking smell from the restaurant below. but that is more or less the only point i didn't like.

A proper boutique hotel in every sense of the word. Room was well prepared, spotlessly clean and just quirky enough to be charming. Reception staff were very helpful in booking us some great restaurants and generally super helpful. Outside area although small was perfectly adequate for a hotel with only 5 rooms and never felt busy. If you want a break from soulless hotels, this is one for you.

Only small item was that coffee, tea sachets in room were not replenished.

The staff, the location, the accommodation were all excellent. Our room was spacious, nicely apointed and as good as any luxury hotel. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfasts were ample and delicious and we were able to eat outside on the lovely patio.

Parking was a little scarce as the hotel is right in the middle of town. Suggest double parking in front of the hotel to unload and then drive to find a place to park.

The location is perfect and in the center of Tavira, close to many restaurants. The breakfast that's included is excellent. The quality of the food is fantastic with many choices. Breakfadt is taken in the outside garden surrounded by lime trees. The attention to detail from the owner is above and beyond my expectations. Truly a wonderful place.

I have no negative comments to add, as my experience was only positive.

the bathroom in our room is a bit 'open' with no second door but for a few days with just your spouse... no problem - would I have liked it to be a bit less expensive? sure - but I would not have wanted to stay in any of the larger hotels...

The staff were incredibly attentive. They spoke multiple languages and assisted with all queries. Additionally, the hotel is simply beautiful. Each room has been dressed amazingly. Finally, the courtyard was perfect, especially for breakfast. Would definitely return!

This was a wonderful little hotel filled with art, books and beautiful decor and all the little extras that make you feel comfortable - quality toilet paper, a wonderful bed and the breakfast and calm quiet atmosphere were si relaxing. I totally enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

There was a little street noise, but that comes with an excellent location.

The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome, providing us with travel tips that enhanced our stay. And we were perfectly located with restaurants and bars within walking distance from the hotel and the train and bus stations and the Ilha de Tavira ferry a few minutes' walk away.

A coffee machine (or coffee maker) within the rooms would have been nice.

Amazing room with a little patio outside. Huge clean bathroom. The room is amazingly decorated and furnashed. Super comfy huge bed. Super nice staff that showed is around for the check in. Aswell as during the amazing breakfast buffet Friendly, good tips for around the area and helpfull Great location right in the centre and walking to the boat to go to tavira island is max 10 minutes

We could hear the breakfast ladys walk around in the morning. But they made us a great breakfast so for us all good
