The breakfast was very unique. Beautiful cold selection laid out on a board. Ham cheese fresh rolls, juice, fruit, yoghurt, cereal. Room was lovely with small balcony. Staff very friendly. Beautiful roof sun terrace with small pool. Great to have a complimentary day of sun beds and parasol on Tavira Island.

Despite the breakfast being beautifully presented and tasty, 3 mornings was enough to have someone else choose which cereal, fruit, etc you would be given. missed a hot breakfast, particularly eggs. Really missed tea and coffee making facilities in room. The bathroom was very impressive and huge, but very poorly lit. Couldn't apply make up etc in there. The swimming pool was like ice. Couldn't get in it passed our knees

I loved this hotel. Fabulous welcoming staff. Large bright spotless room. Delicious breakfast. The rooftop terrace was a delightful bonus. Walking distance from everything. I wish I were still there 😊

The hotel was very clean with modern interior. It was nice that it was a small hotel with not too many people - we always got a sunbed at the pool. Comfy bed, good shower and nice balcony. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They kindly ordered us a taxi to the airport on the day we were leaving. The hotel was a perfect distance from the centre of Tavira. The pool terrace was a bonus. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting a relaxing break in Tavira.

The mini fridge could have done with being a lot colder. The WiFi could only be accessed when the tv was turned on. The bathroom lights were not great - it was quite hard to see clearly in the mirror.

the devil is in the details. 1) I would have liked an electric plug next to each bedside table so I can charge my phone at night. 2) The Wi-Fi worked great, but you have to leave the TV on all night if you need an internet connection during the night 3) not enough bright light in the bathroom. the soft lighting is romantic but not bright enough to shave properly At least 2 of these are easy to fix and would make a good experience almost perfect

Beautiful hotel in the center of Tavira. This place was just as nice as we expected. I booked it mainly because of the amazing rooftop pool area but actually the whole hotel was very stylish and new. The rooms are spacious and have very stylish decor. All in all the room was perfect and the rooftop a big bonus to spend some relaxing time in the afternoon.

- The shower leaks straight on to the bathroom floor because a design fault. This should be fixed since the floor really floods after every shower (at least in the room we were staying in). - The coffee from the machine is way too small. Even the cappuccino was just half cup.

South side of the river quiet but everything you need in easy walking distance Hotel was spotlessly clean, had a cool and funky vibe going on in the reception area The staff were friendly and helpful Breakfast was beautifully presented and good choice

The swimming pool was really a plunge pool Not enough storage for clothes - no draws, only 1 shelve next to the 1 side of the bed only 4 coathangers for 2 people- minor but with such a large room seems easily solved Pillows too big crook neck every night

Modern, super clean and well located for the beautiful town of Tavira. Rooms are spacious and modern with comfy beds. The hotel is a bnb concept as there is no bar or restaurant, but was not an issue for us as there are many bars and restaurants within easy walking distance on the flat. Really appreciated the rooftop terrace with plunge pool, perfect for relaxing and with lovely views of the town.

Small fridge in the room did not keep water/drinks/cold and with no bar it was not possible to request ice.

The staff is wonderful! They are always ready to give indications, take care of any last minute request. Really loved these ladies. The one on the night shift is especially kind. The hotel is close to the river and port, so it's a short walk to catch the boat to Tavira Island. There is a big supermarket close to the hotel, which revealed to be a bonus. The "movida" of Tavira is close to the hotel, like walking distance close.

The breakfast could have some more diversity, although it's rich and plenty. It's just that everyday looks the same. Not bad, but predictable.

Loved the bathroom and the clean room. The roof terrace was a very comfortable sun trap in November.

Crazy coffee machine which needed instructions and no cups available unless the kitchen was open. €10 per person for breakfast was too much, we only want a boiled egg, but the price was fixed, so we did not have it. The room had no kettle or cups. We had to unplug the fridge to charge our phones. I would have preferred a large bottle of water to a tiny bottle of fizzy water, canned tea and coka cola in the fridge when we arrived.

Loved the plunge pool and roof terrace. Excellent breakfast. Small hotel, so easy to get to know staff and other guests. Good location, very handy for supermarket and access to town.

Could have done with another plug socket in the room. Some tea/coffee making facilities would also be nice. Hopefully the roof terrace bar will be open next time we visit!
