Great value for money. Close to Camino trail and pilgrims are welcomed the same as other guests. Nice view. Quiet even it's by busy street. When I had an issue with the locker, it was quickly attended.

The booking gives the option of double bed or twin when making reservations. Even though I requested double room I've been given twin beds (actually even triple), so the request was ignored. Also, the bathroom had a bit unpleasant smell as the bidet had broken plug. I've been to tired to make fuss about it but pretty sure the complaint would be heard out and corrected. Also one of receptionists weren't to much polite. That was exemption though as rest of staff was great.

Standard hotel with nice pool area. I wasn’t impressed by breakfast, so this time I stayed without it. Quite big room (with 4 beds).

I was a little bit disappointed with the situation, when during booking mentioned one big large bed at the final got 4 separate beds in the room. Staff solved it in 5 minutes, but after 25k walking distance I had to make a lot of actions. You should be aware, that it’s not central location in the beginning of the town.

As a pilgrim the location is great since it‘s right off the bridge, the view of the park was nice and the room was big. The breakfast was ok. Shower was hot.

The entire second night it sounded like a washing machine was going full speed on top of our room as well as loud guests. The curtains where moldy and the bathroom was missing some kind of ventilation (probably the reason for the mold). The room felt cold and heating it up with the AC took some time.

A good hotel at an affordable price. Solid 3 stars. There is a pool (open from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM).

The breakfast is absolutely not worth the money, very limited selection, no vegetables at all. Mostly sausages/ham, which might be okay for some, but if you don't eat meat, there's nothing worthwhile except for cheese and bread. The offered yogurts are the cheapest ones. Not recommended.

Nice, clean, quiet hotel, great swimming pool+ whirlpool, great location close to the city center. Very comfy beds. Nice view from the 6th floor. We enjoyed the stay.

I expected better breakfast. No vegetables, no nutella, no fried eggs, almost no sweet pastry. We stayed two nights and the second day they didn't offer our favorite pastel de nata.

We were a group of 4 friends, for a sportive competition at the rowing club, which is very close to this hotel. We stayed well in the room, quite comfortable. The breakfast was very good, with a variety of salt and sweet food. The breakfsat room at the last floow has a magnificent hearthbreaking panoramic overview on the river Lima! An amazing breakfats at the sunshine!

Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The bed was super comfortable, the location great, staff great, the swimming pool great! Very clean and everyone very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast could include some fresh vegetables. Also, I don’t know why I was the only one person stopped when I wanted to take a coffee to my room, other people taking fruit, yogurt, bread or other drinks weren’t stopped… just saying…

Loved the upgrade from a room with balcony/landscape view to balcony/pool view. The rooms were pretty okay isolated from the surrounding rooms

The carpet wasn't vaccumed properly, there was some visible dirt in a few places. The bathroom could have been a little cleaner, there was some hair glued to the back of the bathroom door. Breakfast was okay but some of the food had no flavour...

The hotel is within walking distance of the center, the breakfast lounge is on the 6th floor with views of Rio Lima river and the Ponte Eiffel bridge. Enjoyed our breakfast with the beautiful views.

More vegetables and fruits would be appreciated during breakfast. The pool was always overcrowded, and there was not enough space to take sunbathe near the pool(all sunbeds are occupied as well). There was not a big problem for us cause we do not like to take sunbathes or enjoy the pool - we prefer to explore cities and the Atlantic Ocean - but for other travelers, it can be a problem.

Everything was really good. Loved the pool, the beds were comfy breakfast was good

Some sort of food in the evening would have made the stay even better as we was there for the dance World Cup for my daughter so would have been nice to get back to the hotel and go to get some food instead of having to go back out or stop in the way back
