Ocean front balcony was amazing! Breakfast was great! Staff was very welcoming and helpful.

The location, while directly on the oceanfront, is located in an area that has various commercial facilities close by. However, we quickly found that, for us, it did not detract from the beauty and environs immediately related to the hotel and its vista of the ocean. We found the area seemed safe and family-friendly. Also, the historical district is not too close to the hotel.

Amazing views from the room. Room is well cleaned and well decorated.

No iron in the room + very expensive laundry service. Would expect that this type of hotel would have better room facilities and provide utensils such as an iron. Laundry is quite expensive. Ironing a t-shirt would be 3euros... strongly disappointing. The cleaning service is also very loud (including loud talk) and starts quite early in the morning. Not very pleasant to wake up with people cleaning up the room next door.

Breakfast was great. Rooms were spacious. Staff was courteous and helpful. Cleanliness was good.

No charging facility for electric vehicles. Gym instructor very loud early on Sunday morning, and could be heard from the 1st floor room. Price was high for early winter off season. Bathroom door scraped on floor - surely cleaning staff would've noticed by now and hotel could have repaired it.

Very friendly and welcoming front desk. We were hiking El Camino de Santiago and tired, and this hotel was on the other side of town. GPS was taking us further down the beach than the actual location, so we were very happy we found it. Room was very nice with a view. The beach at this stage is mostly rocks, and during our stay in May it was fairly cool out, but great views. Overall, a very nice stay for our journey.

Amazing location right on the sea front with stunning views. Rooms were large, spacious and very clean with a love balcony overlooking the sea and super bathroom. Would recommend staying here and would book again if visiting Viana do Castelo. Right on the Camino coastal route. If I have any comment it would be the restaurant - my vegetables (spinach) weren’t the best but that is personal choice.

The view was the most amazing hotel view I have experienced. Clean, comfortable, great shower amenities. Staff were so accomodating. The hotel breakfast and dinner were fantastic. The pool and facilities.

Very clean modern room. Quiet. Walkable to everything. Nice patio. Right on the ocean. Ocean view rooms were all booked when I made my reservation. Comfortable bed. Nice breakfast.

No outlets by the bed (for CPAP machine) but staff readily supplied an extension cord.

Receptionist professional and rendered excellent service. Location good. View......wow could not ask for better view.

Extraordinary view of a very beautiful coast if you like rocky beaches. There was a place close by to charge our bikes and we were also able to repair our broken pannier there. It was a great second day stop from Porto. People at the hotel were very friendly and helpful!

The rooms are large and the hotel is located in a beautiful spot right on the seafront. Staff is very friendly and breakfast was good. Overall a very pleasant stay.
