Sarai at the front desk was a wealth of information about things to see in the local and LA areas. Breakfast was good (eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, yogurt and toppings, juices, bagels and toasts, waffles). The rooms were comfortable (fridge with freezer, spacious room (we had a room with a king). The pool was green and unavailable during our stay. The laundry facilities were good. The $2 wash and $2 dry did the job. We would definitely stay again.

The final morning after our 4 night stay the scrambled eggs had green spots and were hard. I went down to breakfast easily with my son and later on with my daughter. Nobody was eating the green eggs. They should've thrown them and made new ones.

The front desk staff upon check-in was really friendly and accommodating. The breakfast room was a little small to accommodate guests. We end up getting food from the pantry area and just bringing it to our room since there was no chair available for a family to eat.

Our room was on the street side of the building. Traveling with children who are hypersensitive to noise was a little inconvenient at the time of our check-in. We didn't bother to do a room change as we checked in late.

I like the location it was clean and had a comfortable bed. It had a Large room it was fabulous! Breakfast was awesome they had a lot of hot food. They had good bacon eggs sausage biscuits very delicious. Price was not too bad especially being right next door to Los Angeles.

They have a real small parking lot. The spa was a little bit dirty and it looked green from the second floor window where I stayed at.

Typical best western. Everything in the hotel shows a bit of age, but overall our stay was pleasant. The pool is available from 10 am to 10 pm. The breakfasts were ok, the lady that served it was super nice.

Not sure why, but in room 217 I heard the movement of my upper neighbor. Like if the ceiling would not be made of concrete but rather wood... Which surely is impossible? I missed the outdoor area with shade, to drink my coffee away from AC.

When I booked the hotel, the property contacted me to let me know my special request "1st floor room & extra pillows" could be accommodated.

When we got there oh, they made a mistake they didn't have the room we requested unless we stayed 2 nights in one room then moved for a day then we could move back again. Due to that I had to pay business class prices.

Good location. The front desk staff was friendly. There is parking facility and the room is average and clean. There was security staying during the entire night which made us feel safe. The price was ok considering other options in LA.

The breakfast needs to be looked at. The food options tasteless making it almost like disgusting. The eggs were undercooked and the pancakes were soggy. The pool was down for maintenance the entire week of our stay.

The staff were nice. Close by the 605 was helpful to get off and on where the hotel was located at.

As a Deaf man, the TV captions were too small to read and cannot be adjusted at all. The TV remotes were not made for that TV so i was unable to enjoy my stay at the hotel. Even breakfast was horrible and the room to eat in was too small for comforts.

Clean and comfortable room, good and secure parking, nice breakfast. Location good, easy access with car. LAX airport 30 min drive away, depending on traffic. Shops and eateries nearby. Rooms have own door to parking lot.

No water kettle in room. Noise from other rooms could be heard sometimes.

Good room size. Room very comfortable and clean. Free parking on site. Great location with lots of local restaurants. Excellent value for money. Breakfast room often quite busy but restocked constantly and good selection available.

Nice rooms clean, breakfast every day and lots of parking. Many other restaurants and businesses nearby.

Room had a slight smell of cigarettes, had to keep the fan ac on all night since the windows had no screen so it was noisy. Alarm clock was bright so i had to put it away.
