The ambiance of the hotel, the comfort of the room, the chaise lounge, the convenience of being able to call for food delivery service and the Kroger just up the street for anything I may have forgotten to bring that the hotel didn't have.

I couldn't adjust the heat in my room. It had dropped to the 20's when I was there and I could have used a little more heat than 70 degrees. Also, I couldn't get the headboard light to turn off so I slept with it on, but would have slept better with it off.

We enjoyed our stay a lot .They had very spaces room,very clean.The beds were comfortable and it was nice that the rooms got refreashed every day.The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was the prefect location for the burbon trail. There local restaurants were great as well as a grocery store close made it convenient . We will stay there again.

The one thing I would change is sound proofing the room above so when people are walking around above you it doesn't sound like they are stomping around.

The hotel is very clean and the rooms are big and comfortable! Had a really good breakfast bar in the morning...lots of choices of different foods and was well stocked! WIFI worked good too! It was a really good location that we felt safe in and easy to get to and from. There was a grocery store and a McDonalds next door also.

The pool needed some attention but other than that this is a great place to stay!

The efficient and friendly staff. The cleanliness of the rooms. The excellent breakfast.

Wish they had softer pillows available. There was no program guide on the TV display to show what programs are currently playing and coming up. Example: there were movie channels, but we didn't have a clue what movie was showing, when it started or when it would end. We have this "channel guide" on our cable at home.

Facility was new and modern appointments. Lots of light and open spaces. Clean. Very helpful and kind staff

I booked a king suite that was supposed to have a sleeper sofa. It did not. Where a the site for a wedding. Wanted a room that relatives could come by and sit down without sitting on the bed. Also we prefer to not to have to sit or lay on the bed to watch TV

I think that having to ring a bell to get the clerk to come from behind the wall is not very professional. Neither is the clerk sitting in the lobby and having to walk over to the counter to check us in also is not very professional

2 beds in room, 1 was very comfortable, the other was 50/50.

Was under the impression that I had booked a suite for my stay. Just had a standard room with the pull out bed included. Would have been much happier if the partition wall had separated the pull out bed from the rest of the room.

everything was clean and seemingly new.

Shower door was apparently installed unlevel. Door would slide open while taking a shower. Just seemed like corners were cut during the building of the facility. Breakfast staff seemed unprepared for refilling food for next wave of people.

the room I booked online thru booking said it had a sofa bed. When I checked in, the hotel said that only came with suites. Luckily they were able to change the room, for the same price without having to go thru booking.com

The hot breakfast buffet was a lifesaver, and beautifully displayed with a big assortment of hot foods and cereals and fruits

the only thing I could mention were the lack of local tourism brochures and maps or restaurant coupons and menus.
