This hotel was great! Everything was really clean and very comfortable. The bed and pillows were comfy. The room was arranged nicely with the kitchenette, table, couch, and bed. The bathroom was roomy. The breakfast was very good and there were lots of choices. It was close to restaurants and gas stations.

The water pressure in the shower was low. It was fine in the sink, but the shower needed more pressure to rinse hair thoroughly.

location is excellent. Beaumont Farm area has lots of amenities and is easy to get around city (if you avoid rush hours in a.m. and p.m.

Breakfast only so so. First morning, regular coffee ran out and there was no one around to ask about when more would be available. This occurred early in breakfast hours, not at the end. Noises from other rooms throughout the night.

great location for visiting family in the area. convenient location with restaurants and grocery stores nearby. complimentary breakfast offered many options to accommodate all guests.

the room was relatively clean but I did find some dust and hair behind the toilet in the bathroom.

Water not hot enough

The incredibly welcoming and nice young lady at the front desk found out I was retiring from my job and surprised me with an amazing room upgrade which was unexpected but genuinely appreciated and I actually had my best stay here ever, and I've stayed here multiple times! She will be the reason I return for more stays and should be recognized for her accommodating spirit, I've spent Thirty plus years in customer service and this is stellar service! She's an asset to your company.

everything was perfect except some noisy people on the floor above me with heavy feet, but didn't last long and I was out

Stayed here before about 7 months ago. Loved the place and plan on staying here again. Great staff, close to shopping and restaurants.

Need to work on the high curb at the entrance/exit to where luggage dollies can be used to unload luggage from auto. That wasn't planned very well. Otherwise, a nice place to stay, nice people at the front desk, housekeeping and those serving breakfast foods.

location and friendly staff - enjoyed the comfort seating in the outside and Kim helped fix my night stay because I accidentally booked for the wrong night!

To clarify, the price I paid was almost twice what I paid in December when I stayed for a night. Not sure if that was because of timing of my booking or not. Both times the place was very clean, accommodating, and comfortable. I would highly recommend. For pet friendly travelers, it is one of the best places I have stayed.

Very nice hotel with a great location. We had a very nice room with a kitchenette. Very quite the night of our stay, I felt like we were the only ones on the whole floor. would definitely stay there again.
