Pros: Tidiness in the room. Quiet room, great sound isolation. Staff is extremely helpful. Keep going that way!

Cons. I did not like the breakfast in the hotel. Cut fruits in saucers were taken from cans, so you can recon it straight away by taste it. Boiled eggs - I should boil myself, which is not very convenient, as they are extremely hot afterwards.. and there no option to cool them down. Omelette was terrible, very liquid and watery. Becon over cooked and had too much oil in the fried pan... Waffles - there was no waffles, as I guest had to cook it themselves... 😬 Poor choice of meat and chees for making sandwiches.

We greatly appreciated that the staff was able to give us an early check-in without an additional charge. Super happy as we had been travelling since early in the morning and really wanted to settle in to our room. Staff was very accomodating. Breakfast was delicious with eggs, sausage, bacon, yogurt and toppings, cereal, milk, three juices, along with bread and cheese and waffles. AND the free airport shuttle!

Note that it was about 3/4 mile to walk to dinner. We found several options on a Saturday night in Rungis

The receptionist/manager (Abbas) at the hotel was very welcoming when I arrived, as I had arrived in the night I was really tired but Abbas ensured everything was ready for me and my checkin was done quickly so I could go to my room and get some rest. I had forgotten my charger also but Abbas went out of his way to find me a charger and ensured that I was able to leave the hotel with a charged phone before I got to the airport. The hotels free airport shuttle bus was really convenient and easy to use. When I arrived at the airport there was a taxi strike and a lot of people were waiting for a taxi (over an hour wait) but I was able to hop onto the shuttle bus and get to my hotel within 10 minutes with no waiting or worry. I would definitely come back and stay here and definitely recommend others to stay here too. Thank you Hilton Garden Inn my stay was great! 😊

There was nothing I didn’t like during my stay here.

hotel was clean and comfortable, our flight was delayed a day so was totally last minute stay, we arrived just as the restaurant was closing, there was about 10 of us from the flight, we were all starving after wasting the whole day at the airport and they stayed open and fed us all even though they were short staffed, it was much appreciated

Loved the design, comfort and cleanliness of the hotel. Also the rooms are well equipped, great TV, safe, fridge, good airconditioning and even a sofa for additional comfort.

The shower gel and shampoo were only replaced when the little bottles were almost completely spent, which made me uncomfortable, as one can be easily left with insufficient quantity. Something that the hotel can easily improve. The windows cannot be opened, however the airconditioning performed well.

This is Hilton with the level of quality that you expect from it. We arrived very late at Orly and took a taxi to get to the hotel. It is about 5 minutes to go by car but certainly impossible to walk. For a normal daytime, the shuttle is running. The room is fine. We enjoyed morning pastry and coffee at Rungis center (~10 minutes to walk - highly recommend). The RER C is possible to get by walking but it takes 10-15 minutes, so, probably is not a great idea with bags. To resume - a pretty good place to stay near the Orly airport for one night but plan your transportation carefully.

We loved the spacious and clean family room. Was perfect to rest up after our long haul flights before heading to Paris city. The sofa bed was already made for the third guest when we arrived. The Buffett breakfast is good with a generous variety. having the option to eat at the hotel was really good because there weren’t many eating places near while we were there in April 2022 probably due to covid. We were 1 adult and two kids.

It is set in a very industrial area. Not much to see or do as a tourist. But if you are looking to rest after/before a flight to/from Orly airport, this location and hotel is ideal.

It's fairly close to the airport and the rooms are modern and clean. Perfect spot if you are in transit.

It's a bit of a hassle that the shuttle from and to the airport only operates every hour, especially when taxis won't take your fare unless you agree to pay ridiculous 50 or more euro for a 10 minute ride. Waiting an hour for shuttle after a long flight is rough.

Convenient location, close to the airport. Welcoming and helpful staff when arriving (not the same when leaving). Nice and comfortable quiet room, with modern furniture.

The guy (unfriendly) for check-out was not clear on the bill (proposing to charge one more meal wrongly) and was not able to check and confirm when I was asking to clarify. His colleague finally sorted it out, and corrected their mistake.

The room was quiet, clean, comfortable and pretty spacious. Coffee, tea and water provided, everything needed was there. I appreciated curtains that filtered out daylight very well. Meal and wine in the restaurant very good.

I've never got the water, coffee or bathroom products replenished automatically even though my colleagues did. Although meals in the restaurant were delicious, it usually took quite a lot to order and also certain items got forgotten.
