I was really surprised at how nice the interior was, both in the lobby and the room. Very chic, very nice, and super clean. The room had great A/C, which was a blessing in this heat, the bed was super-comfortable, the room was very quiet and the bathroom was nice. There is also a nice gym with equipment and treadmills too. We also loved that they had dog bowls and a small pillow for our pup. ALL the staff were extremely friendly, responsive and kind, and were quick to get us some more coffee pods for our espresso machine. The breakfast too was fabulous--a feast for kings with many types of breads, fresh fruits, tortas, eggs, sausage/bacon, yogurt and fixings, cereals, etc. One of our favorite places we stayed on our trip.

The only downside is the hotel is located in more of an industrial area, but there are good restaurants and a bus stop nearby to get into the historic center.

Our room was very clean and I loved the way it was decorated. We picked a triple room which was perfect for myself and my two young children. The beds were super comfy and I liked the eco friendly toiletries that were provided. It was very quiet at the hotel and I had a great night's sleep. We enjoyed a delicious dinner at the restaurant downstairs. Breakfast was lovely! A wide variety of food and delicious pastries. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The kind receptionist helped me call a cab to the airport in the morning. It's very convenient to get to Verona Airport. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location in relation to the airport. A short walk into Villafranca centre and a 15 minute drive to Verona. The hotel was very clean and the staff so friendly and kind. It was also very well decorated and well furnished.

The bar was closed most of our stay and closed early on a Saturday night without us knowing. We were a large group so this was a disappointment. The spa was also closed and overpriced for what is offered.

Not far off the motorway, and perfect for an overnight stop. We arrived very late (around 1.30am) but there was someone at the front desk who was very chatty and happy, which was lovely after hours in the car. We had our dog with us and they had put a water bowl for her in the room which was a nice extra touch.

Got a tiny bit confused when arriving at the hotel as it's part of an exposition centre type thing, so you have to drive all the way around to get to it, but not a big deal once you work out where it is.

A very clean and modern hotel, two minutes from the bus stop and thirty minutes' walk from the centre of Villafranca di Verona. Great breakfast buffet with plenty of choice and a comfortable room with good air conditioning and big windows. Well-located for an overnight stay after a concert at Castello Scaligero.

The shower pressure could have been better (although we were staying on the top floor). The walk into the centre of Villafranca was also a long one along a main road.

Very good value for money ratio. Excellent room, with all necessary staff in the room, even slippers and bathrobes (many hotels try to economize on this now and look cheap. Not the case here) Very clean. Good breakfast. Very good parking. Best compliments to the hotel management

The location was good for us, but otherwise in a relatively shady area. Outside area could be greener.

Great location out of the city near the airport and all the major roads, we had 2 room with interconnecting door, rooms were large and modern and spotless. Breakfast had plenty of options was a perfect stay for out 1 night

Poor breakfast. I asked a stuff member (Alexandra, I guess was her name) to bring me a coffe from the bar, she said yes and she never came back with the coffe. Location near the airport, in an industrial area, with some plane noises.

All the staff we met were really nice and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The sound proofing was very good, you could see the planes landing but you couldn't hear them. The restaurant was good, plenty of choice. The breakfast was OK
