This is the 4th time my husband and i have stayed here on vacation I highly recommend the hotel Great place to stay staff Are amazing The rooms are nice and clean very Comfortable Great prices And what I like the most is that they accommodate us we asked for another day to stay and they didn't have a problem with that When I come to Puerto Rico I wouldn't stay anywhere else

Everything the room the prices and the Excellent customer service Beginning with the front desk And also the housekeepers friendlyAnd helpful

Staff was friendly, facility and rooms super clean a little outdated but I didnt need the extra luxury. The restaurant across the street OMG you have to eat there and the staff is also super friendly.

The matress was a little too firm for me , No iron and ironing board I was a bit uncomfortable because I do NOT like to use wrinkled clothes thats a must in a hotel no coffee pot ,

The hotel restaurant, El Buen Cafe, was a short distance across the street with many menu options to choose from. We enjoyed sandwiches, a burger and fries - the cuban and club were amazing! Puerto Rican coffee was delicious. Staff and management were friendly and attentive. Room was clean and spacious w/nice little view of the pool, comfortable beds, hot shower and mini fridge. Sufficient outdoor lounging space, had the pool to ourselves! Would recommend for one or two nights.

Unable to fulfill request for two adjoining/neighboring rooms. Some instruction on how to get to beach would have been nice upon check-in or any tourism info for that matter - very basic no-frills lobby. Pool patio lighting was sufficient, but the light inside the pool wasn't illuminated - dark and uninviting after dusk. Coffee and breakfast available for purchase across street, would have liked customary in-room coffee/tea maker typical for price point. Heavy traffic noisy at times with proximity to Puerto Rico Highway 2. All-in-all pleasant 1-night stay for us - would likely desire more amenities though if considering a longer stay.

The room are berry clean and the staff are berry nice and friendly

The room don't have microwave the TV was not a smart TV the wifi was super slow I have to do some work and I have to go out or a restaurant tu use there wifi the bed it's little hard

Big room, lots of space, very clean and two big and confortable beds. Also it had a small refrigerator, Love it!

This Hotel is divided in three sections, and In the one which We stayed we had to walk thru a traffic street to get to the pool

Restaurant food was excellent! 10/10

Half the Restaurant Staff was to immature, disrespectful & rude. Need to learn to be more professional Sheets/ linens in hotel could have been cleaner.

Everyone at the property is always very nice. They speak both English and Spanish. Property was very clean. The restaurant next door has great breakfast. The place is close to some very nice beaches. Hatillo is underrated and this place is worth a stay if you are in the area.

I arrived at 130 and they would not let me check in until 3. I found that a bit annoying as the place was not at capacity and we really just wanted to put our bags in the room before getting lunch.

The fact that it was 6:30am and they were working right next to our room hammering and using a drill we had kids that were sleeping

Bed was very comfortable. Room was well lighted. This is important because so many hotels I stay in are dark as caves and I travel with 2 100 watt bulbs. I've driven by the hotel a thousand times, never even thought of staying there. Hyatt was booked so I figured I would give it a try. A new favorite. I will stay there whenever working in the area.

Wifi was slow and spotty. Sometimes OK, sometimes none at all.

It was quiet, clean, restaurant was right across the street, late check out, friendly staff, big room, affordable!! Couldn’t ask for anything more!!
