We loved the food! It was amazing, 10/10. Alexander, our waiter twice during our stay, was the nicest person. My husband doesn't speak Spanish so he would switch to English for him but back to Spanish for the rest of my family, which was a nice personal touch. He was professional, quick, and even spoke to my parents about our stay and about our hometown for a bit. The hotel was comfortable and clean and having the casino attached never affected our stay, it remained quiet and calm throughout the nights.

I know maintenance was happening during our stay so it may be due to that but on multiple occasions i heard what sounded like a fire alarm going off in the hall. It stopped immediately after but happened early in the mornings for whatever reason. Didn't bother any of my family during their sleep but I'm an early bird and would hear it when I woke up. I also made a few requests during my booking that we're not accommodated even though they did report that they could accommodate it and the cleaning crew are not consistent and would one day take all the towels and floor mat and not replace them appropriately. Not a big deal since housekeeping would respond quickly to our request for more.

Location is near shops & restaurants. Security. Room keys are required for elevator access. Availability of Parking. Comfortable beds. Pool was clean, price was decent.

The rationing of food at the breakfast "buffet". Peculiar set up. Guests were only allowed to have 1 small serving of food with everything piled on the same plate....No 2nds allowed of anything but coffee. Not enough quality lighting in rooms. Although the rooms were renovated nicely with updated furniture, they seemed to have cut corners on keeping old hardware on doors/bathroom & electrical outlets. Pool hours should be extended. Attention to cleanliness of shower area.

I like the room, the pool area and the breakfast were the highlights of the trip.

I didn't like that we ask for extra towels and they first said no, then they ended up sending more towels. That policy that said of we need extra stuff in the room was denied and that gave me a bad vibe. Staff need to hide a little more bad things happening in the hotel, they were talking about things happening near my family and that gave me the idea that the staff doesn't know how to deal with situations.

We arrived in the evening a little bit stress and hungry. The restaurant only had a waitress with tons of positive energy. I wonder how he could project so much charisma and give attention to so many people at once. The personnel were always very nice.

The bathroom door could be in a better condition. The rest of the room was great. I asked for a drink at the bar, the cocktail was incomplete (no alcohol). The bartender needed better training.

It's located in the central of everything around you good stores and food around the location you can walk or drive to the places

I did like that they did not have a microwave available for you to heat up any left overs or warm up any food or coffee if uou had to you would have to eat it or drink it cold unless you go to there restaurant and ask to heat up your stuff which you have to go up and down the elevator

Location, ELEVATOR, comfortable room. One day our room was not cleaned; the lady had 15 rooms for a day!

The Restaurant didn’t meet our needs! VERY LONG wait (1 1/2 hr!!!) and very mediocre food: Nachos with BOTTLED Cheese Sauce and BOTTLED GUACAMOLE; Very Small Portions (1/2 cup Tasteless Black Bean Soup) Needs an URGENT CHANGE OF MENU, more prepared people at Kitchen Prep!!!

The staff was nice and attentive. The Beds were comfortable. The casino is pretty big

It's not ocean front,there was a water leak near the vending machine on the 6th floor. But nothing major. I went to eat at the restaurant, but a few of the things on the menu were not available. Like rice and other simple things I wanted with my order. The restaurant is also a small venue.

Loved that the gym was right in front of the room in the second floor. Room was very clean, quiete and confortable. Employees were attentive and gracious.

Would have love to have a microwave available. There was a Little terrace, but I didn't had access to it. Also there was not a room service option even during the operating hours of the restaurant. An breakfast options were limited.

We found the room very comfortable. Breakfast was real good. Service was excellent. The way we were treated by staff, outstanding. We don’t use the pool.

Garbage cans at the room without plastic bags on, so I had to put it on. Water was not running good at the in the bathtub. Elevators not controlled, at the lobby, so got crow it. The street out of the hotel, used by all of us including employees is in real bag shape. I believe the hotel can put some pressure to the local government in order to be fixed it.
