Very quaint and eclectic.

The desk clerk Johanna was never at the desk, she would say she would do something and then forget about your request.

The mattress was superb and the room was very clean and well appointed. The staff were of Five Star caliber. Very professional, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

The AC Unit was very noisy especially since we needed to run it all night due to the weather. The pillows were a little too flat. Also they sent us a very large list of things to do and places eat and shop by text unfortunately it was after we were checked out, it would have been helpful to get it before we checked in as it appeared to be a very well done list

the room met my expectations- loved the terrace. loved the ample space to store our clothes. The location of the hotel was great- a hop, skip and a jump from the beach. a short walk to some interesting restaurants in Ocean Park.

Well, I thought i was going to get a low floor room but not. I had stayed here before and remembered that there was no lift. HOWEVER, the staff was very accommodating - besides realizing our ages, the staff saw that I was recovering from a total hip replacement: They carried our luggage up to our third floor room and down again upon departure. They didn't want any gratuity that was offered but we insisted.

Frontier Airlines cancelled my flight and left me stuck in Puerto Rico for two days with no accommodations or food, a first for me on any airline. The first night I spent in the airport but I did not want to spend another night there. I found Acacia after looking up some hotels and it was great! The day staff here and at their sister hotel Wind Chimes Boutique Hotel down the block were so kind! They made sure that I was taken care of, stored my luggage until check in so I could go to the beach and were so sweet! My room was clean and air conditioned which was great after spending all day at the beach! I will stay here again! Thank you so much to the gentleman at the front desk who made this experience, that started out terrible, super enjoyable!

The woman at the desk - MIA - was exceptionally sweet. She even came to our room to check the air conditioning, gave us information for a taxi in the morning. She even told us that she would be working at the Sister property in the morning and if we had any issues with getting a taxi to call her. She went over and above to please us. GREAT EMPLOYEE!!!

The lighting in the room was very dim. It was hard to see anything. The floor needed to be swept or vacuumed and washed as you got sand on your feet walking around. The bed was comfortable but once again, the lighting in the bathroom made it hard to see. All TV stations were in Spanish!

The hotel itself had so much character. Loved the beautiful lobby and the light fixture that went up the stairway. The room was simple but full of character and the balcony had a wonderful view of the ocean! We had plenty of hot water for showers and the location was so close to the beach. An easy walk down the street and you had a lovely local beach

The location is amazing. This hotel has such beautiful design and finishes. It's well-appointed, with gorgeous artwork. The staff were more than accommodating, friendly, and very patient with us. It was also easy to walk to some of the wonderful local restaurants and bars.

I noticed that the facility is starting to show signs of deferred maintenance. Our AC definitely needs to be replaced (hopefully with a quieter unit). Towel bar - half gone. Dressers: missing handles. TV only worked occasionally. Just a few small things with simple fixes.

I like the proximity to the beach and eateries. Parking however is a challenge. The first night we drove around for close to 30 min looking for parking. The only real recommendation would be for the management to consider lighting on the stairwell. It's beautifully sculptured but very dark. Lighting would help with spotlighting its features as well as allowing guest with vision challenges to see!

LIGHTING and some arrangement with a parking facility. Oh when we checked in we wsere not informed that the shower handle was on backwards so we took cold showers. It wasn't until Alfredo came in on our 3rd day to let us know lol!

We love the place we love the location we love the view of the ocean we love the overall feel of the building and the look of the building itself the atmosphere was wonderful the only issue that we did have was with the parking the parking sucks to be honest with you

The parking, there is parking but once you move it's over with, you'll be looking for a spot or walking far.
