Jorge at the front desk made our trip! He was so friendly and was able to get us an early check in which was extremely appreciated. This hotel exceeded our expectations. It was clean, conveniently located to the beach, restaurants, and anything you’d like to do. it was only a short 10-15 min uber to Old San Juan. This place also felt very secure with a key pad entry at the front gate. It isn’t a huge hotel but that’s what makes it so wonderful. We actually stayed at a large, mainstream resort down the road earlier in our trip and it was nothing compared to this quaint and charming boutique hotel, and the service FAR exceeded that of the larger resort. We hope to stay here again soon!

the room was clean and available on time…. the cleanliness was exceptional….the staff on property was very accommodating and helpful finding local eateries….. don’t let the neighborhood deter you from staying….the location is secure and very nice inside….the couple managers/owners are very nice….highly recommend this property

The only negative was there were a few loud vehicles driving by at night. Not the fault of the Dream Inn. It was the only issue for us. Hotel was perfect even with the small rooms.

We LIKED EVERYTHING! The location, staff, nearby beach and restaurants. Everything was great!

We loved the location! Residential neighborhood, but a small walk to the bustling areas of the city. The rooftop is amazing! Lots of pretty flowers and plants throughout the property. The staff is friendly and helpful!

The only downside was that the air-conditioning unit was right beside the bed so unfortunately it would blow at the face if you had it on while sleeping. This is something small, but maybe another room doesn't have this problem.

Hotel is beautiful. They have everything you could need on your vacation. The hotel rooms and grounds are very safe.

The price is high for such a small room. The hotel should consider a curtain wall between the beds for privacy with familys. My 16 yr old didnt like the frosted glass bathroom facing the beds.

Fantastic hotel with a peaceful, clean, friendly atmosphere. The staff here cannot be surpassed. Went above and beyond to help us recover a lost passport when we accidentally dropped it in a taxi! Amazing, vibrant local neighborhood with great restaurants and helpful suggestions, again from the staff.

Loved the room, how friendly the staff were, and the rooftop deck! They were all so nice and helpful.

I think advertising the "balcony" was a little disingenuous, it was very dirty (there were a bunch of cheerios on the ground when I walked out there, and it I couldn't walk in my bare feet it was so dirty), but mainly it was way too small to spend any time out there.

The room was beautiful and spacious. The pool, roof and other common facilities were great. The front desk person was very accommodating and friendly, he even let us check in early. The location is also right near the beach and lots of restaurants

I like the style of the room and the peace we felt when we arrived.

Unfortunately my car was stolen at the parking of the hotel. The night before I try to communicate with the host to make the check in and they didn’t answer, so we had to sleep in another hotel. Dream in charge my card for the night anyways.

I freaking loved this place! Super close to the beach! Beautiful facilities, and amazing staff! We got so many recommendations from our new friend and staff member! This was an awesome place to relax and unwind! Wish we could've stayed longer!
