The staff was amazing! helping me to find a place where to buy some food (the restaurants are local and the majority they do not speak English)

It is situated in an 'Adult sex entertainment", I felt a little bit insecure walking around but a staff from the Hitel accompanied me to the local restaurant to buy some food The hotel does not have a restaurant or even a machine to buy water 9important for tourists that we are nor drinking from the tap)

The room was clean and room service attended. Staff was very nice too answered whenever we needed. Cleanliness is very important for us so glad it was great.

Location was bit creepy but no harm done

The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Jay. The location is good, next to the local market and eateries, and is 10 minutes walk to the subway line going to the airport.

Staff were very efficient and very friendly. They were able to provide accurate information about transport, shopping etc. It was a nice detail to provide a free map of Singapore. They also gladly stored my luggage after checkout time on the last day of my stay.

The room was smaller than I expected and had no windows. It felt a bit claustrophobic. Also, given the high cost of food in Singapore, it would be nice to provide a simple breakfast, even a roll and a banana! Also, there was only one lift. I had to wait a long time when a large tour group arrived. I would be quite happy to use the stairs, but they told me the stairs was closed.

Cleanliness. Hotel has the water filter in the bathroom so you can save money for drinking water. Perfect for staying if you looking for really clean hotel with this price in Singapore. Friendly staff, especially Ms. Kaylee n Mr. Aimson. They gave me good support on my payment needs.

The distance from the nearest MRT the hotel is too far to carry luggage together. I read on booking.com it's 700m (I couldn't remember exactly) from MRT to the hotel so we decided to take a walk, if I know the real distance I will take taxi to the hotel. After days, I found out buses they stop to in the street nearby hotel but the new tourist they never know. I suggest the hotel should give clear directions as strong support to the customer for their good preparation. Hotel located near men entertainment places. So the family with little kids or girls should consider.

Wow, what an excellent staff! Special kudos to the front desk team, especially Kaylee and Jay, who went above and beyond to assist me and provided great recommendations for shopping and dining. The value for money here is outstanding! The hotel is brand new, well-appointed, and equipped with everything you need. It's impeccably clean and offers a truly delightful experience. I highly recommend this place!

Hotel in a local neighborhood. Depending on what you like to see.

Everything was nice except the room size, which can be improved a bit for easy movement inside. The location was quite fine, as it was a 10-minute walk towards MRT and a 5-minute walk towards the bus stop. The entire property inside was so clean; I just appreciated this. As a budget hotel, I would recommend this. You can book through there website where you might get 10% discount as well.

It was one of the cheapest hotels in Singapore. Rooms are clean and new, although a little bit small. Overall everything went smoothly and did a job.

Some guests apparently left their village for the first time and went directly to this hotel, so they were very loud in corridors (doors are thin, so it was noisy). Overall locality is a red light district (which has cheapest property prices, that's why budget hotels are located here).
