The room is bigger than the others , it is clean and very comfirtable to stay ..

The person who is in the reception is not friendly, he/she doesnt even now how to talk nicely when you asked him/her but other staff is nice .. those in front should know how to approach people queries in a nice way ..

The room is very clean as well as the bathroom. The faucet in the bathroom did make some noise when turned on but anything else is fine. Basic necessities are provided in the bathroom. The cleaner comes daily to clean the room, refill the water bottle, and change the towel. The front desk people are also very nice and helpful. The hotel location is excellent as it is surrounded by food shops and close to the city. The closest MRT station is approx 1 KM away. However, if you don't fancy walking too far or if you are travelling with small children like us, you can take the bus as the bus stop is close to the hotel.

Everything we needed was there. I would stay there again. Only 15 minute ride from the airport. air con shower complimentary shampoo body wash.

The staff are good, their communication is enough to understand both sides. We arrived at 1am, too exhausting and we expect that they might not be able to accept early check in, after hours of waiting,.around 6am, we are able to early check in and pay additional hours. 6th floor and 8floor, are both non smokinh area, spacious room, with bathtub, toothpaste and toothbrush, with hair blower, coffee.cups and kettle. On the 6th floor, there is a smoke smell, and we just clean and open the window to refresh the air. They clean the coffee mugs, tidy up the bed and refill the tissue, everyday we go out. All things are safe. :) Smooth transaction. I booked 2 rooms. We are all 8pax with 3 kids. 1 room with twin bed, and this is big bed. 1 room, tipple,1 twin and 1 queen bed.

Room at 6th floor, room 620 - the smell is an smoking area,. though it says NON SMOKING AREA.

Due to the fact that Singapore in general js unbelievely expensive this place has an outstanding price value ratio. Daily water and cleaning, such as luggage room for our last day.

Some things to improve; - no single response on google before arrival - we had to pay just after arrival in SGD while we did not have any SGD, they did not allow to pay later thst day - wifi is a crap

We like Po's service. He is the night frontdesk staff. He is funny and makes tired travellers laugh.

The first room that we stayed in was not well kept and the aircon was not working. But when we notified Po about the room condition, he transferred us to a clean room and the aircon was working.

The accommodation far exceeded our expectations. Considering it's Singapore, room size is ok, walk to the metro station is not that far and the street is lovely with many local restaurants. No problem with cleanliness, you can store luggage there. AC works fine and you can also open the window to get some fresh air, which we really appreciated! It's not a luxury hotel, but very satisfying for a short stay.

You get a kettle but no tea or coffee bags :) Other than that, can't think of anything really negative. The room is rather small for 3, but then again, it's Singapore.

People are friendly and law-abiding due to the camera surveillance everywhere😃

MRT (Metro stations) is mostly crowded, which is very cheap to go around the city. Due to the higher price of gasoline, everything seems a little bit more expensive.
