We have been lucky to meet Jonathan at reception desk. He speak fluently english. It was big help .He went through menu with us in restaurant and manage with chief we could taste local specilities. He sugested wine and his choice was great. Stay at hotel was great experince and i hope we will spend more days at this hotel

Evening menu is moustly Italian although chief is excelent preparing local taste very well. I will sugest keep something on menu for evening as well. We as tourist really enjoy local inspiration an chief knowledge.

Excellent location with the chance of seeing humpback whales from the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Speaks English.

Really close to the crashing ocean waves! Friendly staff. Tasty salads. Very quiet.

Pool not heated....

The views were amazing, we could watch whales from our balcony. The stuff was friendly. The room was clean. You can easily park the car.

The property was very nice, the pool is very enjoyable and the room is well furnished.

The only negative point was that the bed was too soft and hence really not comfortable.

We really did see whales!!! Our room was very comfortable for our family of four.

the parking in front of the door of the room that blocks the view to the sea, the neighborhood does not offer many services (restaurants, bars, etc.) you need the car to go to the center of Saint Pierre

The service level is way under expectations. The hotel is miles away from the next supermarket or shop, nobody bothers to sell water bottles, so daily march to the next petrol station is the only way. If you ask for a taxi, nobody bothers to call one for you, especially if you do not speak French - a basic service in any hotel around the world. Instead you get a phone number of a driver that does not speak a word of English. When you arrive 15 minutes too late to the breakfast you are treated like a criminal. In general, I haven‘t seen anyone of the staff smiling in almost a week. Personnel is cold and we did not really feel welcome. A pity, the hotel has a lot of potential, but was not enjoyable for us.
