We Booked a room with balcony and that was confirmed , which was not available at check in but they managed to get us the room with balcony for the next 2 nights and paid us a drink.
The breakfast buffet at 15 euro was average for such a price . We gave them our comments to improve with cheese ,ham, different type of breads , larger choice of cereals .

I spent three nights at this hotel. It was quite well located in the heart of St. Pierre city centre. The staff was wonderful and kind, and the beds were really comfortable, the aircon in the room was a plus.
I would have wished the staff spoke English or Spanish as stated, however, they were kind enough to try to communicate with me and didn't have any trouble in relation to that. Another thing was that the sound is not very well isolated, so you can hear people next door.

I was upgraded to a family room with kitchen. Good location, near beach and restaurants. Wave is too big in this beach, not suitable for swimming. The owner and reception Alex are helpful, they can speak English.

Where to start … old shabby! If you take a shower you swim min the bath Pool is ugly and on the park deck ! Staff is bored and not speak English Please do not stay here
