-The hotel offered clean and cozy rooms, making our stay comfortable. -The breakfast provided an exceptionally rich selection, catering to various tastes and providing an excellent start to the day. -The location was ideal, close to the city center, facilitating easy walks to tourist zones and landmarks. -The hotel provides free parking, which is convenient for guests with their own vehicles.

We encountered difficulty charging our electric car at the hotel due to the charging station being provided by another company with a website in Romanian. Despite this issue, we found a nearby gas station with a fast-charging station.

Very nice rooms, very modern and beautiful hotel

Room was as expected - very good! The beds were comfortable. Cooled room with AC. Bathroom was nice and relatively clean, I would say clean as hygiene but under-maintained in a long-term manner! Food wasn't included so comment n/a. Cooler was weak but good enough for water cooling. TV was ok. Sheets/pillows were clean and comfy.

Not applicable! No complains. Relatively good price for the quality presented. The front desk/reception was a bit not friendly. A smile was missing when welcoming but this is bearable considering the overall Romanian hospitality in Bucharest (in the cafes and restaurants... and maybe only towards Bulgarians, who knows! :D )

Good cleaning, towels changed daily, good location, helpful reception.

The breakfast wasn't well preserved. For example, the butter had melted because it hasn't been stored appropriately. Probably, they would then store it and serve it again the next day, which is very unhealthy. Unfortunately this was the case with other food as well. Also, some food, like fruits, didn't seem fresh. Because of all these, we ate breakfast only once. There was a great variety and many choices in the breakfast though which was good. Also, in the room on top of the cabinets, there was way too much dust. Looks like that spot hasn't been cleaned in ages.

First of all, we liked the location and the cleanliness. Everything was just up to our expectations. All the staff were friendly and helpful, and there were no communication problems at all. The bed was really comfy with high quality linens. We also liked the city view out of the window of our room on Floor 6. The breakfast room is spacious and offers a good choice of food and drinks. What is more, the hotel has its own parking lot so our car was safely parked beside the entrance. No doubt, we will choose The CH Bucharest Hotel for our next stay in the capital of Romania.

Breakfast on til 11, Clean and modern rooms, very friendly staff. My third time back and was not disappointed. It's pretty close to the old town, 5 minutes in a taxi. They have a 12 o'clock checkout as standard which is great.

They removed the drinks machine in the lobby! But no biggie, there is a 24/7 garage 2 minutes' walk up the road.

It was in a great location in the center. About 20 mins by foot from the old town. Great facilities, very comfortable beds, clean and affordable.

The staff was not very welcoming, they don’t pick up the phones at the hotel. The shower was broken and could not attach to the wall, so bathing was kind of difficult

- free parking lot near the hotel - nice lady in the reception - nice and clean room, coffee/tee facilities - good bed, comfortable pillows - tasty breakfast with enough options, for vegetarian and fasting people

- we got a room with a view at the back of the hotel, with escape stairs right in front - it wasn't a big problem, though.

The location of the hotel is great, very close to the city center. The parking is very easy to access and secure. The room was very clean and comfortable.

We traveled in May and the temperature outside was already quite warm, but the hotel did not turn on the AC. So the room was very hot, and because our window was facing the street, it was too noisy to keep it open all night. Also, if you have a room on last floor, like we had, the elevator makes a loud noise every time it is used (including at night) and that was very annoying.

Great hotel with welcoming staff. Easy 12 min walk into the old town. Room had all expected facilities - very modern and clean. Fridge in room great for keeping water cool (with minibar but not used)Nice touch a free large bottle of sparkling water on arrival. Room cleaned thoroughly each day. Nice and quiet so good nights sleep. Breakfast very good and good variety on offer.

Our room was very hot and we couldn’t turn down the temperature. However, as on top floor just kept window wide open instead ( I’m sure as it gets chillier will be most welcome) Area around hotel/ walk to old town can seem a bit rough but nothing too major and got used to it (might be an issue if on your own)
