loved the location and how spotlessly clean it was. the chap that checked us in and the lady doing breakfast were great and very friendly. the rest we thought were just about able to acknowledge us.

The room was beautiful... comfy bed, beautiful bathroom with lovely hot shower, room was lovely and warm always which was very welcome as it was -2 outside. The hotel was very central with a metro stop very close which made it easy to get to the airport for an early flight.

Location was superb- Could not be better Room was good 214 apart from one of the air conditioning units did not appear to work in the room with 2 beds All was excellant apart from the man in the restaurant who i think was the owner was very grumpy NEVER smiled

Located at the edge of Old Town and therefore in the centre of the tourist area and the nightlife, this is a lovely hotel. Although it is busy at night the windows are pretty thick and little disturbed us! Rooms have balconies overlooking the narrow street outside with a view over to the church and the rooftops across some of the Old Town. Some rooms seemed better laid out than others therefore seemed more spacious. Staff are really helpful with advice on transport especially! The metro and main bus stops are just 5 minutes away on foot - the 783, to/from the airport - also stops there. Wifi speed was good; breakfast was good.

Difficult to access for those with mobility issues - a long staircase to reception. Once at reception there is a lift to all floors.

Small rooms,not very clean.I will not be back but for who is looking just to sleep in is not a bad hotel.We actually had booked for other days after our stay but we cancelled,not my type of hotel.Another minus are the homeless peoples were sleeping beside the entrance door and around hotel they screaming singing.Is not so safe especially for single woman’s if you come back later in the room.

Good location close to old town. Comfortable bed. Attentive and helpful staff. Nice and quiet when I stayed.

Stairs to access reception area and stairs from reception to the lift to the rooms so no disability access or limited movement access. (Did not affect me but worth pointing out). Very compact bathroom space between toilet and wash basin was very small to get to shower. The first morning shower overflowed I dried it up mentioned it to staff and they fixed it while I was out, 2nd day water drained away perfect. The regulator in the shower was up and down pressure and temperature so although u had a lovely rainfall shower head I got hit with hotter than comfortable water quite a few times during both showers. Room 411 on top floor.

Hotel is located right on the edge of Old Town, which is the main district of the city for bars and restaurants. It's also close to the beautiful, fountain filled Unirii Square to, which was great. The hotel is easily accessible via the 783 airport bus too. Reception staff were decent, but my star of the show goes to the lady in charge of breakfast, always smiling and positive, and eager to provide a great service.

The layout of the room with two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms is very convenient. The location is excellent right in the old town. Several power sockets available in the room and very good internet.

Towels are probably not available when cleaning staff is not present and it seems you cannot find one if you needed during the evening. We would also like extra space in the mini bar for personal items.

We stayed in room 201, the hotel is in a good location to explore the Old Town, you will be able to hear music from the street but if in Old Town that's expected. The staff were really helpful in accommodating any requests. The room itself was very spacious with 1 double bed and 1 single, very comfortable sleep. Bathroom was also very spacious, would recommend and happily stay here again in future. Also, there is a mini bar in room but also a supermarket right around the corner open from 7 - 10pm.
