The hotel is very well located - in the heart of Bucharest. City center is easily reachable - 10 Min walk to Unirii square and metro station. The room was very clean, bed and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was well equipped. The people from the reception were friendly and supportive with our requests. The breakfast was very good - great variety of dishes to choose from. Great value for the money!

The room located on 9th floor, left from elevators was noisy, due to the air conditioning system of the building. Although the AC was turned off in the room, the noise came from the corridor. Maybe something can be improved in the isolation of these rooms. No issue on lower floors.

The breakfast for me and my family was very good as it had a varied selection of different items which should have been adequate enough for most people's taste.

The hotel is understaffed in the housekeeping part of the hotel operation. More attention has to be paid to the cleanliness of the rooms to get the hotel to a great standard. This is of the upmost importance in my opinion.

The carpet next to the bathroom was stained and probably wet. It smelled a bit damp. It looked like there was a leak from the bathroom and nobody bothered to change the carpet.

Nicely located hotel within walking distance to the Old Town and main tourist sites including right down the street from the Unirii fountains. Easy check-in. Nice, quiet room with a comfortable bed on 2nd floor facing the main street. Buffet breakfast was pretty good with hot/cold foods, great selection of breads, cheeses, fruit, and juices.

Room for improvement (as mentioned by others) would be to get an additional coffee machine and/or pay closer attention to when the coffee machines need milk/water/coffee refills.

The room was booked for my son initially for 4 nights under non-refundable conditions. Due to some personal priorities, we have to amend the booking thru booking.com. The property management gladly agreed to amend the booking with a refund of two nights. I talked with front desk several times and staff is very cordial. Property also timely responded to my queries thru messages.

We loved the hospitality and the kindness of the staff. We are particularly grateful to Argentina, Claudia, Petru, Alla, Petruț and the other kitchen staff who made sure that my wife had everything she needed taking into consideration her allergies. Bare in mind the hotel is being renovated / Many rooms are completely new and modern (they even smell new). Having said that, it also means that it is a construction site. started in April 2022 and construction is still strong in June. The work is also on the outside shell of the hotel so prepare yourself for noise of heavy drilling (in the mornings-afternoon). I think the hotel should state it is being renovated (for those who are late sleepers). Pictures on the web site matches reality. Room: I’ve taken two rooms: 203 and 204 (on 12/June/2022) as they have a connecting door. 203 is a room designed for wheelchairs. Wide doors, no step in shower, no glass walls, hanging sink, iron rails around the toilet and shower, handicap tap , etc. Room 204 is a “standard” room. Linens are clean and bed is comfortable. All rooms are with showers (not bath). They have (excellent) A/C which , coffee corner (tea) , LCD TV , glasses , tiny minibar fridge. No iron and no hair drier. There was hot water every time I tried the shower. No issues here. Curtains: 2 layers and they can block 100% of the sun light or use 1 soft layer to get blurred light. keep them shut as workers can see you while they climb up the construction elevator. Room service: they came every day and were very responsive. Breakfast: The restaurant is one floor above the reception desk and has a wide variety of vegetables, cakes, coffee machine and hot dishes. A really good breakfast (hot + cold). 3 types of bread : all fresh. Casual dinner: the hotel also provides at reception level a cheap yet tasty meal ( dinner or lunch). 28 lei. Every day a different (limited) selection. Internet: The hotel wifi is free and password-less. It has a very good response. I got 99Mbps download and 50Mbps upload speed. Conference room: a large conf hall just one floor above the breakfast restaurant. Supermarket: there a huge Carrefour (https://goo.

Room 203: The coffee pot : funny , but I left water in it over night : and the pot is leaking (see the salt residue in the pictures The shower room : the drain is a bit clogged meaning every shower there will be a flood. Luckily there is a secondary drain hole in the room center and water do not reach the door. Room 204: the shower temperature selector is controlled by a round knob. Under high water pressure , the knob will shift slowly to the hot side. So keep a hand so the knob will not turn too much and burn you.

Great location, very close to all points of interest, near metro station, very convenient. The hotel itself was clean, they changed towels every day, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast was great. The staff was very friendly, kind and helpful.

The hotel has been renovated recently and you can realize this. Room was big, spacious, very comfy bed, big bathroom with a nice shower and very clean. Location was convenient, approximately 20 minutes walk from the nearest shopping area. There is a Starbucks right next to the hotel, which was also very convenient for a morning coffee or breakfast if you will not book with the hotel.

BREAKFAST WAS TOO POOR ONLY THE BASICS AND NOT GOOD QUALITY.THE CLEANING OF THE ROOM WHEN WE RECEIVED IT COULD HAVE BEEN A LITTLE BETTER.ALSO AND THE OUTSIDE AREA OF THE HOTEL WITH TABLES FOR SMOKING.
