Property was in a good location. They did have parking which was very nice and helpful especially with being in the city and having a vehicle. The room was large, and staff was nice and accommodating. I was happy that their breakfast time was until 11AM, and check out time was at noon. This was helpful because we had a long drive from Cluj to Bucharest, and were tired and was nice not to feel rushed in the morning. Also, staff was great that they let us stay in the parking area until we left the city later that day around 630-7PM.

Only thing that was a little dissapointing was that at breakfast several items were out by the time we came down. Though there were many options that it was easy to choose something else that was there .

A lovely hotel with a very pleasant, modern design. Every detail of the interior is thought out and harmoniously complements a whole visual image. The rooms are quite cramped (especially because of the low ceiling) but very cozy. The rooms are well equipped with everything you need. A convenient public area on the ground floor, where you can conveniently wait for the necessary time before checking in or after checking out. Excellent breakfasts and a restaurant.

The only big disadvantage, in my opinion, is the lack of normal parking and just an entrance to the hotel. The hotel is located away from the sights and the city center. As I mentioned earlier - the ceilings in the room, in the bathroom and under the ventilation ducts are too low and you can easily touch with your hand even if you are not tall)

Can’t say it was a minus - I would have preffered to have the shoes in the room, not have to go at the reception to ask. Most people look for them when they already started a shower and other relaxing things and going dow to ask would require changing clotes or would be impossible if they would be needed ad hoc in the bathroom:) Except for shoes, having all the others per request at the reception seems very good

One person appeared, as I understand he is from the personal, he was very aggressive and stopped his car infront of us (white Shkoda Octavia with red symbols of the registration number). We were with my family ... my kids, in the car and we just wanted to leave the hotel. The night during the registration the receptionist told us we can park there. This reaction of the "special" person makes some bad feelings of our stay in the hotel and I can say in the capital of Romania. Be so kind and ask your colleagues next time. You can improve... I have been in many places in the world and I see this threadmen for first time, sorry ... The receptionist, she was so kind and I am sorry if I make Her troubles.

Except of the room smell the hotel was ok: the room was clean and large enough, the staff friendly and the breakfast good. Update: I have edited my initial review because of the prompt reaction from the management which i consider important: they called me to ask for details about the problem and looked interested to fix it. My advice: in case your problem is not solved on the spot, request for superior support.

We stayed in a room that had a sewage smell (512). Even if we slept with both windows open the smell was still there in the morning.

The location was great with free parking space on the street nearby. The rooms were big, clean and nice. The kids slept on the sofa bed the first night, and it was a bit dangerous (there is an open space between the mattress and the sofa...). The second night we switched and the kids slept on the king size bed, and we on the sofa bed. Breakfast is nice and tasty. There is a supermarket very close, which was convenient.

The AC didnt worked on the first night. The sofa bed is a bit dangerous...

- We like that the Ibis keeps their quality at the same level across different countries and cities, so you know what to expect. - Hotel is quite new and modern. Rooms are quite comfortable and clean. - True value for money - Breakfast was quite standard, but still good - You can easily park around the hotel along the streets for free

- Hotel is located quite far from the old town so you should take a taxi, but taxi prices are reasonable.

I had a short overnight stay on my way to the airport the next morning. Very comfortable bed and pillows, more on the soft side which I really liked. Great room size and bathroom size, with everything you needed. Nice restaurant downstairs, good distance to the airport, and a little supermarket nearby.

the only thing I didn’t like was that the room didn’t have a coffee machine or electric kettle. you could still get anything you wanted downstairs, but for the price, I think it would be more benefit to offer coffee/tea making facilities in the room directly.

Clean room. Clean linen. Room design. New furniture. Room was spacious. Friendly staff. Private parking. Close to a big Shopping Mall

Limited number of parking spaces. Limited choices menu at the restaurant. No kids menu. There are issues with the A/C. We were staying in 2 adjacent rooms and the A/C was working properly in only one of them (No. 306). In the other room it seem to work better on the 2nd day of the stay.

Good location. Rooms good. Facilities are good. Especially the breakfast was excellent . The gentleman ( I forgot the name) who was on duty in breakfast hall was very polite and cooperative. As my son couldn't come downstairs for breakfast due to injury, this gentleman offered the breakfast for my son to take into the room. I will definitely recommend this hotel.
