PROs: - Staff is nice and communicative; - Breakfast is varied (beside the classic/standard breakfast choices, in some mornings, something new and interesting pops up) - Night-light with adjustable luminosity near each bed is always an exceptional touch for me (can change intensity from bright, to help read - to very dim, like a candle) - I prefer Pepsi, and this hotel has it <3 <3 <3

CONs: Meh, there are some things (nothing is truly perfect in this life :P ) but they're really noth worth mentioning imo because they don't influence the overall feel (one example would be that in the room i stayed in, the shower head could not be put/fixed in a very low position because it would hit the dish - small engineering fail, but not a handicap).

Very nice hotel in a good location. It's been my hotel of choice for a long time now as the staff is very friendly, the breakfast is very good, and the hotel is very clean and nice.

I travel for business and need good rest and sometimes the rooms are hit and miss. A couple of times I've got bad rooms. Once in front of the elevator, then another time on the first floor that was very noisy due to some machinery (either AC or washing machines, no idea). There were even ear plugs in that room! Why would the reception put anybody in that room when the hotel was empty - end especially me, a regular client, I can't understand.

Great options, good service and coffee. Oh, and a well-tended, lovely aquarium in the lobby.

This hotel does have a small terrace, but somehow it is not tended as often as other spaces. A terrace is an attention-getting spot for tourists everywhere. In many ways, it is just as important as the hotel sign hanged outside and it could even be an attraction or a deterrence for anyone to come in and visit. This terrace in particular could greatly benefit of a rain cover / sun shade, as right now it is directly exposed to the elements and if outside is wet, there's nowhere to sit. It may be a challenge doing it, given the small space, but I think the results may be surprising.

location and breakfast

it was hard to manage air conditioning and it was noise from the reconstruction. Usually in each property who was under the reconstruction I have been offered a discount or better room, but here it was like a short notice of inconvenience on the check in desk.

The location is great: close to the city centre and also to Baneasa and Otopeni. The breakfast was delicious: a variety of food was served, quite tasty. We could easily find a parking space (Bucharest has a problem with parking spaces in general, but here, along the street there were plenty free) The staff were were friendly and helpful with whatever we needed. Great value for money.

I liked the room, it was big, well equipped. The facilities that were listed on booking were present on site. The staff was helpful. The stay was nice. The food was good, we ordered from their kitchen. The hotel was nicely decorated.

I didn't like the way the breakfast was served. It was an open food bar and because of the pandemic I was a little bit sceptical about the idea. I also did not like that they did not have the option of room service for breakfast. The hotel does not have their own parking spots but there are some sports available on the side of the road.

great: bathroom window

just as ordered, there were indeed two twin beds, but... they were assembled together as one 😊 under just one white sheet, so basically we got one large, kingsize bed instead of two separate ones, as intended. not to big a deal, was already too tired to complain or make changes, even though the staff is very accomodating and i'm sure they would have remedied the problem at once 😊

Location was very good , north side of the city. Breakfast also was nice, good selection of things to eat , drink. Overall good value for money.

The place is clean and it shows interest for good interior design. We found easely a parking place, which is uncommon for Bucharest.

If you prefer sleeping with open windows be sure you get a room that doesn't face the street as it is very noisy.

Good morning, Overall is fine, but to not have a cook available during the day I find it very shocking especially for a 4star hotel. I have arrived with my child thinking that will grab some food in the hotel and surprise: no chef. Please you need the kitchen open during the day.The receptionist, who by the way is a fantastic person, she did her best to accommodate us. Thank you
