The location is good, close to nice quarter of Bucharest with fancy bars and restaurants. Close with Uber to city center. Comfortable free of charge underground parking for central hotel. Spacious quiet rooms with balconies looking over a garden with pool. Bathroom is also very big and comfortable.

The lobby is a bit worn out - carpets, sofas and has no life in it. Dark and no bar or atmosphere. Tables in front of the entrance were dirty with full ashtrays. The bed in the room is creaking. The hotel was built as 5* but mainatanance doesn't look like 5*.

Good location. Free parking. Good and varied breakfast. Good amenities in the room.

We asked for a room on an upper floor and although the hotel was almost empty, the man in the reception said he did not have other rooms. The remote control was barely working.

The room was very spacious, with a well equipped bathroom. Good wifi and great working desk, large window - used the room as a mini-office for some time and it was quite comfortable. Breakfast was good, and rather healthy with multiple dish options for vegeterians which was nice.

The water pressure in the shower was very poor. The central heating also did not seem to work, so had to use air-conditioner instead of heating, which made the air extremely dry. This is bearable for 1-2 days, but I would not choose this property for longer stays in winter unless heating is fixed. Breafast - cups supplied to use with the coffey machine were too small so cappuchino spilled outside the cup. Bigger cups please:)

The location itself it’s a bit tricky to find first time you visit this hotel. I was on foot and a passed by it because the hotel it’s not located in the Main Street but a bit on the backyard side. It does have a car entrance but you have to pay attention first time you come here. It also have an underground parking lot which I didn’t use. The best experience whatsoever that I had with this hotel is that I accidentally booked the wrong dates and I was totally unaware of that. So when I walked in, they said they had expected me a night before. I was in total shock but then I rechecked my reservation and they were right. I was so concerned since the payment had already been made for no show. Nevertheless they had me accommodated at no extra charge which was very courteous of them since legally they didn’t have an obligation. The room was very cosy, large comfort bed, it also had a balcony, fully equipped minibar, luxurious bathroom, writing table, really everything you need. The location is very good, walking distance to cafes, restaurants, banks, pharm, public transportation.

I didn’t want to sound ungrateful so I will point some minor flaws and that’s just because I’m being picky. So - the restaurant was closed for renovation so I couldn’t have breakfast, I had to walk out to take away. The room temperature was not automatic, you have to manually set the AC which was intuitive enough. Also the Wi-Fi was a bit slow near the balcony.

The room was nice, the hotel staff was very nice and pleasant. The food was Fantastic.

During the weekend the music from the hotel event on the upper floor was so loud, and continue till around 1 a.m.

Great room. Spacious, bright and a really comfortable bed. Convenient parking at -1 level .

Restaurant staff kind, but unprofessional. Terrible breakfast system. However had some great fried eggs . Receptionists - friendly young students but without reception experience.

The hotel is colorful in central location but still little bit off from the main road thus possibly offering silent night ( if there is not music - but it is not a risk in a freezing day is this ). Breakfast was good . Young staff spoke good English and helped be with all my requests.

Despite the room was not smoking room one had a felling that someone before me did not accepted the ban.
