High level apartment in a nice building with perfect service of everything.

We loved the apartment, the space was huge compared to other hotel types of accommodation. The location was great and the food at the restaurant was very nice.

Lack of a washing machine, if people would stay there more than a week they would need a washing machine. On one of the nights, at 2am, our card did not work and the staff were not at the reception. We called their mobile but with no luck, eventually, after 40 minutes, someone came and reactivated our key. Please invest in a system where the users can reactivate the key in situations like this or introduce a code based entry system

The hotel much exceeded our expectations: we were staying in a two-bedroom suite - a huge modern apartment, fully equipped with everything a person may need. Underground parking, great location, quite close to the city center. The receptionists are highly professional, friendly, sociable and willing to assist. We were provided a 10% discount for lunch at the hotel's restaurant. The restaurant serves perfect Mediterranean cuisine. Well worth a visit!

it was an apartment with two rooms a kitchen and a hall. Really spacious. Breakfast was very good with a variety of dishes. The staff was very helpful and friendly. many storage units starting in the hallway through the living room and in the bedroom. kitchen was well equipped.

there was no tv in the bedroom nor the ability to cast to tv in the living room. the sofa was hard and felt as broken. the bathroom was fine but with very limited space for laying our stuff. room cleanliness can be better.

Very big and modern apartment in Bucarest. The staff at the entrance was very kind and we were amazed by the size and cleanliness of the apartment. There is a good breakfast on the groundfloor in the greek restaurant, which is also available for lunch and dinners.

The position is not so close to the city centre, but it is reachable in 30 mins walk. We moved by car so we had no issue.

The suites are quit large and more fitting of a family rather than a couple, but we enjoyed the space nonetheless. The breakfast was decent, with a nice variety and delicious food. The location was excellent as well, not too far from the center and not too close to it, since we were with a car, we had no trouble with parking outside the hotel. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable.

Since the rooms are larger than most hotels, we did not like the fact that there were a lot of noisy families.

Very spacious and luxurious apartment with large 160 cm beds, a separate kitchen and separate living room. The whole experience is for a 4 star hotel (without the bath tub, but it has a second toilet). Good location in the center of Bucharest, and also you will most probably be able to park in front of the hotel, so no need to pay for parking. The most impressive part was the breakfast - it was really a 4 star hotel breakfast and the food was with great quality but also the variety was great. A bonus were the bath robes, which you do not find in every hotel. The staff was very very nice as well and we had complimentary water and coffee pad for the coffee machine! The restaurant is also very high rated and has decent food, which we checked on the first evening of our stay. Great hotel overall!

The one thing that I did not like is that the beds have only one blanket (coverlet) even though it is two people who are supposed to sleep there. I know that some couples are used to sleep with one blanket, but this is not always the case, and even if you use one blanket 160-170 cm is not enough to cover two grown-ups. If they can fix that they will be 10 rating hotel.

Rooms are nice and big with all the amenities. There is nothing to dislike about the rooms. The breakfast was great, had everithing you would expecr of a nice hotel restaurant.

There are always comedians at the reception. Went there twice, both time they had jokes (not even funny ones) ,I think they hire from the comedy clubs in Bucharest.

Everything was excellent. The staff were great and catering to your needs accordingly. I was surprised with the food at their restaurant, wasn't expecting it but it was amazing. I had asked for flowers in the room to surprise my wife and we found an amazing bouquet. They even called from the reception to check whether I was happy with the colora and price before purchasing. All in all, an amazing stay to be repeated 1000%

Nothing really, everything was excellent

The room is nice looking with kitchen and nice living room. Great for people who want to cook. The bed is very comfortable and we slept well. Breakfast was great with variety of food. The location is great and not far from the center by walking and for other places. staff were great. Thanks
