The hotel is very central to lots of walkable attractions. The bed was big and pretty comfortable, the prosecco on arrival was a nice touch, and all of the guidance for the subway, food recommendations and attractions was so helpful.

So, not sure how they can solve this, but the noise from 10pm to 3am (later on weekend) is so loud it's impossible to sleep!! If you're in the mix of the music or young or very young at heart, this might work. It was simply way too much for us, so we had a constant headache and lack of sleep making for an unpleasant vacation.

Very good location, albeit somewhat noisy as it was close to the party area in town and a lot of noise until late at night. We were moved to the highest floor to minimize the noise though, so very helpful hotel staff! Good breakfast, with possibility to order eggs from the menu, including Eggs Benedict. Nice, clean, themed, room - the air conditioning seemed to have on setting only though, even if we changed it on the panel... Very helpful and friendly staff!!!

Noise level, basically. The hotel did not have an elevator nor pool - but we knew that when booking so not disappointed. Same thing with parking - but we found and off-site parking just 2 minutes walk away for 80 LEI per 24h.

The location was great, -centrally located in the old town and lots of restaurants and bars nearby. The room was very nice and clean, and each room had a certain design theme (I found it very cool). The breakfast was good and the staff (which was very friendly) even remembered what type of coffee I liked.

Everything in my experience was very good. Maybe for some it could be too noisy, as bars and clubs are located very close.

I like the boy of the desk, he was so helpful. I like the the location. It was in the heart of Old city.

I didn’t like the noisy all over the night. I didn’t like the fact that there was only one pair of towels when we were two people in the room. I didn’t like the fact that the shampoos didn’t charge, but the person of cleaning let them there.

check in reception was very good, the rooms and the hotel are also fine. on the edge of Old Town, so you can go for some food/drinks, but you are not in the middle of it. Rooms are quite, you can open a window also.

- no fresh omlettes even though they write by tables that you can order. I booked the hotel because I was there already and I liked the omlettes prepared on demand for breakfast, Unfortunately even though they still have it written on tables that you CAN order one, I couldn't get one. Super disappointed even though breakfast was good. - no possibility to have a shower in my room, only a bath tub with no way to hang the shower.

During my stay at The Mansion hotel in Bucharest, there were many things that I liked, but three things stood out to me in particular. Firstly, the location of the hotel is perfect, as it is situated right in the middle of the downtown area of Bucharest. This made it incredibly convenient for me to explore the city and visit all the major attractions. Secondly, I was impressed with the hospitality and guidance provided by the staff at The Mansion. They were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist me with any questions or requests that I had. Their knowledge of the local area was also very impressive, and they were able to provide me with some excellent recommendations for places to eat and things to see. Finally, the breakfast at The Mansion was absolutely delicious! There was a variety of food on offer, and everything was of a very high quality. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at The Mansion hotel in Bucharest, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in the heart of the city.

Nothing. I liked it all. It was perfect. Perhaps better water pressure would have been nice but its only fine tuning.

The hotel is beautiful and smells amazing. The location is superb. The rooms are very stylishly decorated. The breakfast, although has limited variety, was very tasty. The hotel's staff were always happy to help.

The lack of elevator makes it a little uncomfortable, especially if you carry luggages. We were surprised to see that items that were consumed at breakfast were not renewed. The hotel's restaurant is nothing special and it was the only place in Bucharest that we were obliged to give a 10% tip. Last but not least, there is a lovely cat that officially stays at the hotel and hangs out at the restaurant, sitting at the seats etc. We didn't mind but I am not sure how hygienic that is, about the food and people with allergies etc.

Member of reception staff met us at roadside where taxi dropped us, and accompanied us on the short walk to hotel. We were given complimentary prosecco on arrival and both rooms upgraded. Food was excellent and good value for money. With the exception of one miserable waiter, all the other staff were brilliant. I've given 5 stars for staff as they shouldn't be penalised because of 1 horrible man. Weather was rainy on our 1st day and hotel gave us umbrellas to use. We were accompanied back to taxi for our return trip. Would definitely recommend despite the 1 rotten apple 😁
