I liked the location, size of the room and the design. The staff was friendly overall!

I didn't like that i stayed at the 3 rd floor (last floor) and i couldn't open the windows that were on the roof, the smell in the room was weird, no fresh air. In the same time was too much light in the room, at 6 am i couldn't sleep anymore. There was impossible to put down the curtains with this long stick that was near the bed. They need also to change the mattress because was old and uncomfortable. At 8 am staff was making noise and vacuum the floor, but at 11:00 am when i was carrying my big luggage on the stairs down (since there is no elevator), the manager said to make less noise since might be people sleeping in the building. Weird but anyways, i did't say anything.

The staff was very nice and helpful, the bed was ok for one person, quite big and comfortable, the room was clean and the location is right in the city central. It'a a very nice and quiet hotel. All in all I enjoyed it and would stay there again, even if they don't have an elevator.

The breakfast was poor and was served in the hotel's bar, but I guess they didn't have too many visitors and it wasn't cost wise to open the restaurant. Because they also have a restaurant, but I didn't eat there. And the same problem with all the hotels, pillows to thin and few, not that comfortable.

The rooms were clean and had everything you needed. I loved that they have plugs in the bathrooms for the hair accessories. The bed was super comfy, the location was super quiet even though it's basically in the heart of the city center.

The breakfast could use some variety. If you're staying more than 2 nights, like in our case, you don't feel like eating the same thing every day.... My shower was lacking water pressure, but other than that, everything ok.

location couldn’t be bettered. the staff were brilliant. the breakfast for a hotel of this size was very good. reasonable price. can’t fault the staff.

it didn’t have a safety deposit box as per the description but they sorted that for us. so no problems there. the staff were brilliant about it. the mattress wasn’t great but with use of a cushion worked ok. no lift on the third floor. but in the old town (get over it) Cluj is superb

A perfect location, right in the historical center. Nice staff, nice rooms, a simple breakfast.

Could be a little bit noisy in the night because of a bar near by. So if you are really sensitive to noise maybe check if there are quiet rooms. But wasn’t too bad (only on Friday).

The room was clean, the beds were pretty confortable, the design very chic. The girl from the reception and from the restaurand was veryy cool and friendly. The breakfest was various.

The bathroom had a strange smell from the sewer system, most problably. The roow was a little bit too small concerning it was a double room. When the maid changed our towels while we were out, she let in our room only one set of towels, instead of two.

Location is amazing.

Breakfast really was not good, it is not worth it to pay extra for this breakfast, better to go out somewhere, there are a lot of good options near the hotel. No soundproof at all, really hard to have a good sleep.

The hotel is right in the mmiddle of the old centre, convenient for cafes and restaurants. The staff went out of their way to be helpful.

My door was difficult to lock and unlock. No fridge in the room for my medication.

Very small room and not big enough closet. The room started smelling enclosure very fast. We had to ventilate every hour minimum. No elevator.

Friendly personal, clean and in the middle of the city. Comfortable beds.

Due to its very good location it was very loud. Couldn't get sleep because of the noise from the restaurants below. We missed a mirror to see us during drying our hair. We missed some place in the bathroom to store our items.
