Breakfast was really good and had a lot of variety. I did appreciate that the breakfast options were changed each morning. Bacon/Eggs possibly not the best I have ever had, but there was a lot of other things to eat. Location is great, as it is an easy walk into the centre. Room is fine and clean. Wifi was reasonably fast.

Housekeeping can be improved as everytime they went through, they seemed to take our towels. Front of desk varies - sometimes you get the friendliest of people - smiling, chatty, amicable but other times you get people who don't seem to want to be there.

Our family stay at Hampton by Hilton Cluj-Napoca was wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would rate it 9 out of 10. The hotel provided excellent service and exceeded our expectations in many ways. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist us with any queries or requests. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for our family. The amenities provided were impressive, including the fitness center and complimentary breakfast, which offered a variety of options to suit everyone's tastes. The location was convenient, with easy access to attractions and restaurants. Overall, our experience at Hampton by Hilton Cluj-Napoca was fantastic, and we highly recommend it for a family trip.

I like the design of the rooms, it's the third time i stay in this hotel, the quality of the service, the quality of the bed and pillow, which allows me to sleep very well. I like this place because the rooms are very clean and everything works. This is pretty rare in the area. The breakfast is very good and presents some local specialities like the vegetarian "zacuscă " or the cheese "telemea" . There is enough choice for each taste. The service at the reception is very kind and help to find solutions.

We were only there a few hours, arrived in the night, due to flight delays and lost luggage, The staff were very welcoming and helpful, anything we were short of due to our luggage situation they were very helpful, room was excellent and clean, large range of menu items for breakfast. and located in the city, will book again on our next visit.

If I was going to make one comment it would be to locate the bed central in the room, it was in the corner, difficult especially for older people to get in or out if you slept on the wall side.

nice comfy beds and pillows, good breakfast with different options (if you stay longer maybe it will be repetitive and boring), great location close to the airport and 10min walk from the city center. the personel was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were nice and clean. I would prefer it again

the amentities in the room were just OK. The room was clean but they didnt pay attention to detail. They forgot to renew my toilet paper, and the window was not opening. I know that's for safety reasons but the room should have a better ventilation.

Everything was perfect. The Hotel is located close to the city center. Just 10 minutes walk. Staff is well trained and professional. Room is very clean. Thank you so much!

The only thing I suggest to change, is the possibility to enter into the internal parking without calling everytime the reception. A customer picked up me everyday and I was told that such procedure is really annoying as there is no possibility to stop the car outside due to the bus lane. All the rest was PERFECTTHANK YOU

I ordered 2 rooms for 2 adults and 2 kids 7 years old. I was provided with 2 rooms with a connecting door. Rooms were very clean, staff was very friendly and helpful.

Since our flight was early and we weren’t on time for breakfast, I asked for take away breakfast. The hotel provided coffee and croissant.

The bed is not the best I had! Its a bit old mattress and should be changed!

The room was cosy and clean. Unfortunately, we arrived late at night, and we didn't have much time to enjoy the room as we left the next day, however, the little attention for our daughter, such as a teddy bear toy, activity book and crayons, was very much appreciated. Breakfast was one of the best we had so far in Cluj-Napoca.

We stayed for 2 nights in the hotel. Perfect setup, very good breakfast, very good location and friendly staff. Very good for families. Parking on the ground and underground available. Attention to details (daughters received a small teddy bear and some pencils to draw)

No possibility to open and windows for direct fresh air.
