Was expecting the breakfast to be a little bit more diverse on the fruit side : for instance during our 6 day stay all they offered were some “old” apples and grapes … I have seen someone eating bananas one of the mornings but when asked they had told me they were out of bananas ( oops ! ) did not see them for the entire stay … otherwise , the staff is trying to help as much they could … A lot of smiling faces ( and also very professional ) at the reception desk which definitely is a big plus , except one , the day we departed at a very early hour in the morning …

Although the majority of the clerks were professional, a bad experience with one of them who basically did not have the patience to listen first , understand us and then respond to our questions … when she finally understood and realized she was wrong, a simple “sorry , I understand you now” would have solved the matter …. But , it did not happen , her attitude was inexcusable .

The location with the superb view over the Danube; helpful and friendly staff at reception; possibility of working and studying in the restaurant on the reception level; food in that restaurant.

In the C House restaurant the service was slow and inattentive: on Thursday 13 April I had to ask if I could eat, and for the menu. After the main course I had to make a serious effort to attract the waiter's attention to obtain the dessert menu - and after getting it, waited for 25 minutes for him to return and take my order - but he never came came back so I left without dessert and the restaurant lost that business.

The location is wonderful right on the banks of the river Danube in Galati. We stayed in the same room as last time (August 2022). Maybe they listed to my review but they have actually redone the bathroom. Last year it was clinical, this time we found it to be enjoyable, they have done the walls and replaced the lino with an acrylic finish which is very smart looking. Continental breakfast is wonderful, they have a lot of produce that are locally grown. Definitely recommend the place.

The room we stayed is an apartment with 1 bedroom and a kitchen between them. Apart from the kettle (which has a very short power cable) and the microwave, there are no cutlery in the cupboards and that is sometimes annoying because it looks like a small kitchen. Anyway, the staff downstairs would be more than happy to help with anything.

Pictures are reflecting the actual state of the rooms and interior of the hotel. Personnel was helpful, the level of cleaning was high everywhere. Breakfast offered was diverse and of good quality. A plus is the fact that you have access to hotel parking. Downstairs there are three good restaurants and you can easily find other places close to river promenade.

They need to pay more attention to maintenance of the bathroom because i had constant leaks from shower drain.

The room was spacious and clean. The laundry service was quick. The advice offered by the staff was very helpful.

The check-in process was quite long. Multiple customers were at the counter arguing (I don't know what it's about as I don't speak Romanian). However, it took about 30 mins actually to talk to the check-in staff. And then one party member (not this booking) was somehow not in their system. We sorted it out and got the person a room, but the experience wasn't great.

Very nice hotel - excellent location, A+ breakfast, fast WiFi, free secure parking (use the one in the back, there's a back entrance). Modern, good sized room with comfortable beds, kettle, and a well stocked minibar. Staff was also very friendly and helpful.

Ventilation in the bathroom was pasive - meaning no fan - after a shower took a while for the air to clear.

Great location, modern,clean, cozy, great breakfast, friendly English speaking staff - Daniela and Camelia gladly helped us with some papers we had to print. Definitely will come again.

After 5 nights at the hotel, we asked to check out an hour later and were told it is not possible for free. Most of the hotels we've been to enable their customers to do so.

We stayed only for a few hours though, so haven't seen much. The room was very nice and spotlessly clean. The staff friendly and professional. The location is one of the best in Galati and offers free parking space too, although it is not a massive car park. We have a place to stay in Galati but due to a technical issue we had to find a hotel overnight until we fix the issue the next day. It worked perfectly well for us, we enjoyed every moment in the hotel. The view to the river is nice, I liked the bed and the pillows plus the carpet seemed exceptionally clean. Breakfast was nice too although not too many choices, but what we tried was very good especially the eggs.

Nothing that we didn't like.

The location is very nice, I had view on the Danube. A few good quality restaurants nearby. The room is spacious with tea/coffee facility and minibar with refreshments. No safe in the room. The bathroom with bath tube, some fixing work but negligible. Breakfast: I found the dining room was quite warm, food is of good quality, with salty and cornflakes and yogurt, bread and croissant. Water is served on cartoon cap instead of real glasses but its ok. Parking is located at rear with easy access.

The location was great. Close to a lot of restaurants. The staff was very friendly.

I think the price was a bit high. And the breakfast left something to be desired, but it was edible. The set up for the business room didn't really allow for me to watch TV from the bed
