An excellent location, I chose it for its location, the rooms, the reception, the restaurant are exactly as in the pictures! Clean everywhere, you have everything you want, good food and nice people who always smile at you and make you feel good! Congratulations to the team and management, keep it up!

The rooms are renovated but the bathroom is the old one, as it remained from Hotel Galati. The faucets were replaced, but the one from the shower was flowing through the hose and the support bar from the shower was not properly fixed, which I did not find at the Mercure in Vienna... for example. Insufficient parking space, I parked on the street.

Beautifully renovated rooms, cleanliness, comfortable bed, welcome sweets, friendly staff, good breakfast.

The location, cleanliness, room comfort were all excellent. The staff were all exceptional at every interaction.

The in room safe was a bit small and couldn't accommodate my Microsoft Surface laptop, which was a bit of a pain. Breakfast had a very good range of options, though i think the cooked items could be improved by perhaps cooking to order rather than letting items get overcooked in the bain marie serving trays, more so for eggs than anything else as they dry out and get rubbery very quickly. None of these were major problems just very minor niggles.

The staff were very helpful and extremely attentive. Sara, Deshan & Roshan were very professional and very hospitalable throughout my stay. The breakfast was superb, excellent club sandwich and Chef Isuru was very accommodating making superb food. Overall great hotel, excellent professional staff and perfect location.

Great stay !!!! A pleasant surprise beeing for the first time to this city! All the staff is very kind,great services ,spacious rooms and the most important very clean ones! The view to Danube river made my stay to be the best one that I ever had. Thank you for the memorable stay !

The hotel is located in the heart of the city. The staff speaks English fluently, I felt welcome! I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and the sweet attention that awaited me in the room! The food was good and carefully chosen! Thank you once again for the wonderful stay!

I arrived early in the city and I was worrying that I won’t be able to check in, Irusha from the reception helped me and put my mind at ease, I checked in early. Your effort made for a better customer experience. thanks man, you truly made my day easier 🙏 Location is perfect, cleanliness was exceptional, bed was awesome- great night sleep because of it, highly recommended.

Limited parking. A/C unit installed wrongly - blowing to the bed, however except couple weeks in the summer this isn't an issue.

Clean, spacious room, clean bathroom with excellent water pressure And of course the welcome cake was tasty too

AC unit was not cooling as good as I hoped , it can be maybe because of extremely high temperatures outside. Overnight it was cooler.

First time in Galati. The location of the hotel is really good! The hotel is new and the design of it is wonderful. Room are spacious as well. The staff was really professional and thoughtful, even had a hand written note and fruit basket in the room. Will definitely come back to it if ever back in Galati.
