No room service even though advertised as available Staff would forget to actually put in an order I placed for pickup, happened more than once Breakfast staff unhelpful, I recommend grabbing a cup of juice inside or you may die of thirst. Second time I wasn't offered drinks, it was actually our entire side of the room waiting for wait service to order coffee and water (cannot be grabbed yourself). I had to go get a manager so we could all have our drink orders taken

I had been on a sail boat across the Atlantic. Checking in here was like paradise. Close to marina, food exceptional especially the sashimi by Ricardo. Pool fab. The friendly staff just made it a joy.

The pools are fantastic (lots of shallow areas for little ones) and the outside spaces are kept immaculately clean. the breakfast and pool staff are excellent and really friendly.

Our room was only cleaned every second day, which wasn’t ideal as we were travelling with a baby so had dirty nappies on the bins for 48 hours. When we arrived we were given the wrong kind of room and the travel cot we had booked wasn’t available (this was sorted out the following day.)

The staff are delightful in this hotel, and this wsa fundamental to our enjoyment of the stay. The swimming pools were very well laid out, fun to be in, and attractive. The hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Reduit Bay is within walking distance, but the best way to leave and return to the hotel is from it's private pontoon next door to Rodney Bay marina. Our favourite day out was to be collected from the hotel by water taxi and dropped at Pigeon Island, and returned again by boat at the end of the day.

Very little. I think perhaps the interior hotel lighting in the bars and restaurants could be slightly cosier which would improve the ambience at in the evening. However, during our stay the weather was very nice, and we were able to eat outside every evening.

This is a fabulous hotel. Decent sized rooms with gorgeous bathroom. We had a balcony overlooking the pool and marina which was fabulous in the evenings with a glass of wine. Breakfast was great. Short walk to the marina which has great places to eat.

For some, the fact that it’s not beachfront might be an issue but you can walk to the beach in 20 minutes or drive in 5 minutes. This wasn’t a problem for us as the hotel and pool were so fab. There was nothing not to like.

Amazing hotel to stay at from start to finish I did not want to leave! Every single staff member we encountered were so friendly and efficient from reception to the bar, restaurant & bakery. We stayed for a week and a half at harbor club and the only disappointing part was having to check out!! I will definitely be returning when I travel to St Lucia again in the future. Stunning stunning hotel!

Breakfast was good but could do with a bit more variety especially the exquisite fruit the country has to offer

Hands down the most luxurious hotel I’ve ever been in. It lives up to the hype! I had an amazing view and I definitely plan on returning. Dinner by the water was the most magical thing ever. And the staff was so caring !!! Even if I waited almost 2 hours for my breakfast due to high orders from people watching FIFA, they were supper sympathetic and professional and offered compensation for the delay. Saint Lucia is my home and staff like the ones at harbour club remind me why I love saint lucia so much. can’t wait to come again!

Facilities were well kept , beautiful pools, comfortable rooms. Some staff were very friendly and helpful.

The front desk staff seemed to be unsure of some of the information and there was a definite problem with billing. My husband had to query credit card charges which were showing up and one of the rooms was billed twice. The restaurant 14 NORTH is overrated also , the food offerings were limited , the appetizers were not freshly cooked. The view is fabulous from the restaurant overlooking the marina and hotel pools etc. There were no shuttles to take guests to nearby beaches either , taxi costs were high for very short trips, $ 5 US per person. We were on an All inclusive plan and were charged for food taken at one of the restaurants on more than one occasion and this had to be rectified by a manager.

*excellent location a few mins walk to the marina and a *short stroll to rodney bay where all the mall / bars and clubs are at *lovely pool area *excellent sushi restaurant and little cafe *modern, clean and v comfortable accomodation *incredible view from my room of the mountain and marina *amazing staff - this was really a highlight, I was on a solo trip and stayed for two weeks and felt really at home *the staff were among the friendliest and most helpful staff I’ve ever come across at a five star hotel - special shoutout to ricardo who made incredible sushi; elvina and junior at the breakfast area who were very proactive and friendly to chat to; Shem and Paula at the breakfast stations who remembered my breakfast orders and always put a smile on my face in the morning, and Isha from who did an excellent job at cleaning my room each day. Spencer was also a fantastic and approachable hotel manager. *i had the best time, and can’t wait to visit again! thank you!!

honestly nothing!

We really loved staying at the hotel. The accommodation is quite brand new, beautiful, we were feeling very comfortable in this hotel. The bed is awesome, amazing bathroom and their bath products smell like heaven. The staff was extremely friendly, always here to help. I really appreciated their flexibility, all services provided. The pool crew is amazing. These people are always genuine, kind, they're smiling all the time and they work so hard. I was impressed by their professionalism, they teached me a lot with their attitude. Big up for the breakfast crew, happy to satisfy you and prepare something to make your meal delicious. I'm a big fan of their omelettes, the chef was such a sweetheart ! Great Fitness Center with amazing machines to do your cardio or musculation. Fresh water, towels and pumping music (especially Lil Jon) This is the best place to have a vacation in St Lucia. You have all comfort you need if you want just to chill and relax, nobody's bothering you. On the other hand, if you want to visit, even going for a walk, it's simple, you're not a prisoner of a resort, you're able to discover the island, its greatness, go to the supermarket, to the beach or go for Friday Food Party in Gros Islet.

I'd like to have a possibility to discover the cuisine of St Lucia - more options in breakfast, lunch or dinner. I want something typical or maybe only the activity.
