The Landings is just perfect, I can't understand why anyone would say otherwise. Our apartment was huge, 3 great sized rooms, great facilities in the room - our TV wasn't working, we let them know and it was immediately replaced - cleaned every day, beds made, shampoo, conditioner, moisturiser provided, hairdryer etc, kitchen was also very well equipped, Miele appliances, washing up liquid, dishwasher tabs, kitchen roll, coffee for the filter pot, tea etc. The facilities outside the room were also fabulous. Plenty of beach loungers & umbrellas available, with towels and lounger covers available from the nearby kiosk. I also loved that they were regularly removed if no-one was using the loungers, so they weren't blocked all day. The beach club water sports team are all amazing. They can’t do enough for you and nothing is any bother. Kerim was fantastic. He taught my husband to sail so he could then take our kids out and was always on hand to help with the paddle boarding or inflatables too. He engaged really well with the kids and helped them enormously. Lee was another fantastic chap. He was always busy, either working in the water sports or getting towels and generally making sure the guests are happy. This team is a credit to the Landings. We also loved that a 10mins walk away are bars & restaurants where the locals hang out. Highly recommend Oasis 101, Frydays & Dukes Place (only open on Sat & Sun). Excellent place. We would definitely go back to The Landings.

the beach is gorgeous and perfect. Calm, clear and serene. wonderful breakfast. My mother is vegetarian and the staff were very accommodating in cleaning the grill before making her omelette, using clean implements, and bringing her food from the kitchen that was not close to any meat (unlike some of the food on the buffet). the food in general was great. A bit expensive but I guess that doesn't matter if you do the all-inclusive option. the overall service was great - everyone came quickly whenever we had any problems. And every single person was always pleasant, smiling and ready to help.

we had a little hiccup on our airport collection. We ended up taking a taxi as no one was there to meet us despite making the arrangements beforehand. The staff were lovely about it and gave us a bottle of wine to help us get the holiday back on the right track. So I am not complaining about it - but, next time I hope this does not happen.

The room was comfortable. The beach was lovely and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Overall our stay was really good and i would highly recommend this hotel.

It was about a 15 minute walk with our little one to and from the restaurant. It was fine but as our stay was a week and a half doing this 4 times a day did become tiresome. There wasn't water available at all times. From 4pm to dinner you would need to walk back to the restaurant for it. Sometimes the wait for lunch and dinner would be long, for example 1 hour from ordering so i think they could improve here. Dont let this put you off though we had a really great time.

We came here after sudden change of plans and having a not so great experience in another location. We stayed at low-mid-high end accommodation during our travel and this one was the high end. It was definitely an expensive stay but everything was perfect and even over the top. We felt safe and cared for at all times and all the staff was absolutely great. It was definitely relaxing not having to worry about anything at all. It was quiet and calm everywhere but we did feel a bit young (if i may say so myself) compared to the rest of the crowd, parents with children mainly or older couples. It’s not a bad thing at all but it was definitely not a “party/fun” type of stay. However they do have live entertainment on specific days of the week and even a DJ. Only mentioning this as we stayed at a very different place before this that was way more lively. Overall a relaxing experience and great location for visiting pigeon island and snorkeling.

Our room was at the very front of the property and it would be great for classes and coffee shop but because of the shape of their private marina it would take about 15 minutes to walk to the beach even though if we didn’t have to walk around and around it would take about 5 minutes. You can take a shuttle there from the front desk but we mainly wanted to walk and it would have been ok, but when we took 5-7 trips like that per day the way got slightly boring/annoying. Just thought to mention in case that’s important for anyone.

The actual suites are spacious, well appointed and feel like a bit of luxury. The air con is very good and there are all the facilities including a washing machine and dryer. The staff are amazing which is what we found in the whole island. The beach location is perfect.

The cost of the food was much higher than we expected. One evening we paid 260 us dollars for 5 starters, 3 desserts and 4 alcoholic drinks. We also didn't realise that most of the suites have been bought. The impact of this was the resort was lacking in any kind of buzz. That in itself didn't bother us as we like things to be quieter but the upshot was some restaurants weren't open, the shop never seemed to be open and some of the exercise classes didn't take place as no demand.

Fabulous location. We were upgraded to a 3 bedroom marina view villa with plunge pool which was superb. All inclusive was great value with excellent restaurants, food and bars, spotless beach and included water sports. The staff were all super friendly, professional and efficient.

It is a fair journey to the resort in the North from the airport in the South. It took us 2 hours in a private car when we left the airport at 4:30pm on a Tuesday, but only just over an hour when travelling back at 4pm on a Sunday. It was well worth it though once we got there!

We spent 4 nights instead of 1 at this hotel. Situated in a quiet area among the forest and fields, with plenty of walkways to stroll along, with a very nice room decor, great bathtub near the windows to soak in. Places for BBQ, nice swimming pool and outdoor jacuzzi, flowers all around. 15 minutes drive and you find yourself at Etretat beach. We loved it.

There could have been more options for food, since this is the hotel you don't want to leave during the day. Also at breakfast.

The Landings was faultless for us. We had a large 2 bed apartment with terrace & hot tub. this was perfect. the rooms were spacious, kitchen space was handy for keeping bottled water and a morning coffee. the master suite was so well equipped with hanging space, storage in bathroom etc. the pools were kept in good condition & the beach was beautiful.

cost of food when not all inclusive was high

Beautiful resort on a private beach. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. We loved the plunge pool on the balcony of our villa, which was overlooking the beach. We also had butler service, Tony was super helpful. They helped with booking, suggestions and everything. Food was good too together with the evening entertainment. Try out the Palm for a quieter meal. Tony and other butlers decorated our room beautifully for my husband’s birthday.

We thought more varieties could be added to the Beach Club menu. We also asked for water to be changed in the plunge pool, but that didn’t happen.

Was very clean, friendly staff. We did think the food and drinks prices were inflated compared to going outside the resort. Beach area was clean and uncrowded.

Was very acceptable. Food was good with good service. A fear amount of options but would have liked different options on different days rather than the same things everyday.
