Abdullah helped us and gave us a free late check out as it was the fasting month. The rooms are very nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. They have a nice gym and facilities as well.

Request a front facing room the back facing rooms have the mall ACs outside so it can get a little noisy but bearable.

The Breakfast alone is a new experience, they serve a fresh small Pizza/ Falafel Sandwich etc. All of the Staff are very kind, they asked always if the guest needs anyhelp. The Gym is big and clean and have all trainingsdevices that you need. I liked the Pool, it was warm, and clean. The location is very good and you can reach each point of Jeddah with Car within 15 to 25 mnts (Jeddah is very Big!). You can also reach the red see mall direct. The Hotel has Free Parking, I've enjoed the free Valet parking. Big thanks to all Stuff of this Hotel, special thanks to the Manager Mr. Haroon and Mr. Hasan Khodr for his logestic support, Mr. Abdullah from the reception and the Pool Guard Mr. Mohamad Attas for helping with learning my small daughter how to swim.

Excellent service from staff, especially Abdullah and Jawaher at reception

The location is perfect for us: near the airport, walking distance to Corniche, family parks and other attractions. It is attached to the Red Sea Mall which was the primary reason we booked it. Check in and check out process are smooth. The reception staff are very articulate and make you feel at home naturally. Every staff we encounter in the hotel are very accommodating to our needs, Mr. Joel (Concierge) is very attentive as well Ms Jonah (Restaurant), their names stand out, but every one were actually attentive. We especially enjoy the breakfast spread the whole time we were there. I am definitely going back here in Joudyan when visiting Jeddah again. The hotel is surely recommended, and I forward to my circle of friends to stay in this hotel.

It's not sound proof, I guess. We can hear the crying of the children from the room next to ours. Even the closing and opening of the doors. That's all.

In the begin of our stay not everything went well, the hotel just been reopend and there is many things to improve. Which is could be happend and we had all understanding for that! But the team of mr. Haron are just been great to us and our children, and solved all the problems, and all together they made our stay at this hotel just wonderful and comfortable for all of us. Our big thanks to mr. YahYah, mr. Khalid mr. Joel and very friendly ms. Rawadi from the reception. We appreciate very close attention from mr. Haron and his team. Beside it the location of the hotel is just great to be there, the swimming pool outside is very clean, the lounge area as well, the breakfast is very good, The Read Sea Mall is just next door, beach is nearby... The water at the toilet pressure is very weak.

Great location adjacent to Red Sea Mall and very close to Citywalk and Marina/Promenade. The room was clean and the staff friendly. I would stay again just for the fact that it's very convenient for shopping.

Room service food takes a long time & arrived with wrong items. They apologized and didn't charge me for it, but I went to sleep hungry since it took too long to arrive it was already too late to request another meal. The stay doesn't include breakfast, which makes it less value for money compared to other hotels of the same price & rating.
