Location, comfortable room, hospitality, and price. Sea view from the restaurant is definitely a bonus to my stay.

Breakfast was ok, but I didn’t like the overwhelming smell of food at the restaurant, better ventilation is needed. I would suggest to take care of details, like maintaining clean serving spoons, and ensuring guests requests are delivered (I requested coffee from a staff who promised to bring it to my table, I ended up getting up making my own coffee later as he obviously forgot). Around 8 pm, I called room service to order dinner, I was informed that the restaurant is closed. Luckily, I had delivery applications available.

Very nice hotel. The building is new and well located (only few minutes walk to the Corniche). The rooms are clean, spacious and modern. The breakfast was great with a good variety of food. The staff (either at reception or in the restaurant) was very kind, polite and always happy to help.

One annoying thing was the noise in the morning due to new buildings being constructed nearby (but this hotel can’t really do anything about it). Also, the only reason I wouldn’t give 10/10 is because of the bathrooms. We booked 2 rooms. In one of them, the water pressure in the shower was very low, to a point we all had to use the same shower in the other room. On top of that, it looks like the showers have been badly designed. We had a walk-in shower type, which looked very nice, but the tiles on the floor were not laid down properly, meaning the waste water would go out of the shower enclosure, instead of being directed towards the drain, flooding the whole bathroom each time.

The hotel is located just around the corner from the corniche. Some of the landmarks such as Island Mosque or Jeddah Sign are within walking distance. Jeddah is spread on very big surface so the remaining landmarks have to be reached by taxi/car. The rooms are clean and very spacious, we got a free upgrade to the suit which was massive. Breakfast had a good choice of options. Staff was very friendly.

Swimming pool was closed for maintenance. The Internet was slow but this is a problem in all Arab countries. We initially had a problem communicating with the property as we were told there was only a 2 hour window for check in but it occured that the reception is open 24/7 and the staff was very helpful.

The property is absolutely stunning, with beautifully designed interiors and all the amenities you could need for a comfortable visit. The management and staff were exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience from check-in to check-out. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and you can tell they genuinely care about their guests’ satisfaction. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious, well-managed stay in a beautiful setting!

Great Location and good staff, clean room, it was a busy post Hajj week so check in was a bit late and staff was over whelmed. Nice breakfast and good staff. Definitely recommend this place.

The room service can be better, I had to call for water, I called for extra towels but never received them. There is also confusion around room at thr time of check in may be due to Hajj rush.

I understand it was Ramadan and respect that some services need to change to accommodate international guests. However, breakfast should still be decent. It was not good. All that was supplied was a few pieces of meat, vegetables, and dip. This is not breakfast it is a snack.. At least ceral and an omelette would have been good. Also, I handed in my washing before 9 am. as stated for sameday return. Understandably, there is no laundry on site. However, when I went to pick up that evening, it had not even been collected. If full services can not be supplied during Ramadan, then costs should reflect this. Also, there is a large kitchenette area, and a microwave would be good. Also, there was no pool as it was empty..

Location: Jeddah corniche Tawhid Park at the sea side, and Prince Amir bin Faisal Park at the front side. Within walk distance, you can reach the corniche. Staff: Mr Adel the Mestaurant Manager introduced their menu and staff, the Housekeeping Manager and staff are also very heplful and always lending their hand for anything you need, Mr Washington who took care our luggage. Room: size and design far beyond expectation, compared to the building, though not fully 100% finish but you can feel the modern design Coffee Machine at their resto, self service and perfect!

Fantastic location, which was a walking distance to the Corniche. The staff were all nice, they all granted my gentle requests. Breakfast was amazing, as a honey lover I was happy to see it available in smart sachets in the breakfast buffet.

There seemed to be hot water supply in the day time and little to no supply of hot water at night. Perhaps the hotel uses solar powered water heaters? It was very unusual and uncomfortable to experience an inconsistent supply of hot water.

The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the manager Mr Mohamed who assisted with the engineer to fix the hot water so we could use the Spa Bath. He was professional and friendly and did everything he could to ensure we were happy and comfortable. Thank you Mr Mohamed 😊

Overall the hotel was good and we enjoyed our stay. We don't have any complaints.

It was an exceptional experience, we really enjoyed our time here. Very friendly staff (Hala, maysara, and anwar) and the housekeeping staff are great too. Room service is quick and very cooperative.

We really needed a shelf in the shower to put the shampoos and other products on. The windows are a little dirty and it would be great if they be cleaned so guests can see the beauty of the views. The entrance door is very confusing because there isn’t a sign to tell guests. Also there needs to be a steps at the entrance to get inside (the front door)
