The apartment was like home from home. Spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Babies cot was bigger than than expected, which was great. My son slept so well! Staff were warm and welcoming! Every time we came in or out of the hotel, they welcomed us and interacted with our 3 year old son. Breakfast was wonderful. They had different options each day. We all found something we liked. Waffles and pancakes were my sons favourite, along with the large selection of fruits. We ordered from the restaurant twice, and they delivered it to our room. Everything we tried was delicious and fresh. The location was another great point. Outside the hotel, you have coffee shops, a tasty salad shop (toss), and Katherine's cookies (we needed a last-minute cake, and it was amazing).

They only provided 2 coffee pods. If you wanted more, it was 10 Sar each - just pack your own.

I love this hotel so much, it is my home in Jeddah. It is very clean and the staff are super helpful and friendly. the housekeeping team are wonderful people. Cleanliness and comfort are the first thing you notice in the hotel. The breakfast is very healthy and has good options. It used to be better but it is still good.

Staff... Especially the manager very accomodating... Made sure we were happy and fulfilled our requests happily Breakfast was amazing... A new variety to choose from everyday...concierge was highly efficient.. Thanking you.. Keep up the good service ..the location was perfect for us as we needed to treatment at the clinic across...so we walked across... It was a spacious apartment.. And had a washing machine with dryer, which i really appreciate that was a great plus for us..

Actually there isn't anything that we didn't like.. Everything was excellent.. They could improve on the quality of bedding and towels...

The staff is exceptionally professional, especially Kawthar, the way she accommodated our requests made our stay very comfortable...She was both friendly and professional...Ghazal has a very good potential too... The breakfast was on point, the room was spacious, clean and it has great natural light...keep it up guys 😁👍

The towels were not so clean, I couldn't use them as they smelled weird, but good thing I had brought my own towels... The room could also benefit from a big mirror on the wall next to the washroom...it would be great to check how you look as you head out 😊

The receptionist was good. And the room was great with complete facilities if I were able to stay much longer.

The pool was very cold and I didn't expect it was in the basement area we wasn't able to use it longer my daughter didn't like it. The food was limited in choices. The walkway going to our room smells cigarette should be minimize or remove because it can be a bad impression specially to us first timer in your hotel. We have been to other hotels with good price but very nice facilities.. The bathroom was so slippery that might cause accident..

My second stay at the hotel, was an overall great experience. Dont think id stay anywhere else in jeddah, with fair pricing, amazing space, and decent facilities, i left again with out a measurable complaint. Thank you!

I again booked a 2 bedroom apartment, but received a one bedroom and a studio.. which isnt a problem because they connected, but the connecting hallway was not lockable, only real downside... But still got the job done. I would suggest an upgrade in the shower amenities. The previous time i stayed they were better!

Loved the location, staff hospitality, and the fact that we felt right at home there. Great walls between rooms, we literally felt or heard no one around our room. And the room was huge! We had the 2 bdrm apt. The kitchen was well equipped with good appliances and just over all great quality

The beds were a bit springy, upgrade in mattresses would be a huge + . Housekeeping could be better (and need to stop forgetting their products in the room lol)

Room are amazing, clean and with very comfort large bed and clean beddings.. the view is fantastic .. staff very friendly and supportive .. kitchen provided with all needed equipment .. large fridge and freezer not similar to any place I styed before

May be the parking issue.. limited parking and small space.. response to e-mails is very late.

Wooden flooring Breakfast in the restaurant and served in room were equally good. Breakfast in room wasn't just takeaway food, instead it was properly presented The kitchen was equipped very well with European appliances. The bed was comfortable and big enough for parents and a kid. Small kitchen which had everything such as dining table , refrigerator, microwave, modern induction stove and compatible utensils. Automatic washing machine and drier are available in every floor. The room had iron and iron stand along with everything else that is needed. Room service was good.

Property needs maintenance and renovation. The value could be better.
