I recently stayed at the hotel with my family and honestly it was the best decision to book this hotel. Check-in was smooth and took us hardly 5 mins. The room was clean and spacious with a separate area for luggage, wardrobe and changing. The city view from the room was amazing. Toiletries were of good quality. Iron and ironing board was the best thing available in room and it was very useful throughout our stay. They provided us with a complimentary fruit basket which was a pleasant surprise. I asked for extra blanket and it was provided within 10 mins. Food was very good. We ordered pizza from room service and it was cheesy and delicious. Their Frappe was average though. Breakfast was amazing with good options for everyone specially the fresh egg station. They also keep fresh juice and chocolate chip cookes for the guests waiting in lobby/lounge which I find quite courteous. Overall a wonderful experience. Will definitely come again.

Breakfast was monotonous and kids got bored by the second day. A little change in breakfast everyday will be appealing for guests who stay for more days.

Our stay at the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The hotel was nice and clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The check-in process was fast and efficient, which was a plus. The location of the hotel was also convenient, making it easy for us to explore the surrounding area. Additionally, we were pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade to a bigger room, which added to our comfort and enjoyment during our stay.

Breakfast was 120SR per person, which was the most expensive rate during our stay in Saudi Arabia (stayed in 3 hotels in 3 cities). We were hoping for a wider variety of dishes and more creative choices considering the price.

The hotel and bedrooms were excellent, very spacious and modern. I stayed for 3 days with my wife and family and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The hotel is well located centrally in Jeddah, with supermarket and food options nearby. Last but not least I would like to say a special thank you to Abdallah who provided us with complementary breakfast for the whole stay, a very kind gesture. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Jeddah.

Mainly everything about the suite was great. The wonderful and fast staff, the easy checkin, the location, the room size, the pool, the cafe literally everything

1- the internet is not fast especially for work 2- the tv is not smart and no netflix (but they do offer an hdmi) 3- when cleaning the rooms, the do not thoroughly clean it, just change towels and make bed. No replenish of used shampoo etc... and no deep clean

Our entire experience was great. We were welcomed nicely and every one of the staff had a smile and offered a helping hand to make our check-in and stay easy. The room was spacious and had all the facilities needed and more. It was clean, well-maintained, and best of all very quiet and calm.

The only thing that bothered us was the incredibly slow internet speed. It was basically unusable for business or even for normal use. We eventually ended up using our phones as hotspots. There should always be a paid option for professionals or people who are interested in faster or more reliable internet.

Great staff, receptionist and bellhop were helpful and courteous. Spacious room with a luxurious bathroom and comfortable bed. Restaurant buffet was fabulous with an excellent variety of quality dishes, salads, and deserts, all beautifully presented, and service was top notch. The buffet experience was the best part of my stay!

Had to request to change rooms due to an unpleasant wet carpet smell on the 7th (top) floor. I appreciate that we were upgraded to a clean suite, and I hope that Radisson Blu Jeddah Al Salam fixes the issue for future guests.

Everything in this hotel is outstanding. Very helpful and professional staff mainly the front desk manager Mr. Bassam. The breakfast was excellent in very nice place. Very big, comfortable and clean rooms. The service was very quick if you ask for anything. 300% will come again just to stay few days in this hotel.

The only thing that I did not like is the TV channels where it was very limited.

1. 2nd bedroom doesn't have cupboard to hang clothes.

The staff is amazing the service is good the bed is comfortable specially that i Have spend most of my stay time in bed because i Had surgery. The food is so delicious and the portion is big with great price. The staff was too nice and generous and offered free Bfast. Raidaa was so nice and made our check in easy and smooth.

Was shocked how old and dirty the kettle was . Not the standard of radisson , in breakfast no quality very few things were there . They should bring some variety , also there was only one staff who was at the reception no one in the restaurant
