The hotel is located next to restaurants, grocery stores. The breakfast was also surprisingly excellent with a good range of spreads and tasty as well. I complimented the chef and definitely the hotel is hitting above it's 3 stars. Will definitely visit again once in jeddah

The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The room is spacious and the location of the hotel is excellent. It is accessible and close to most shopping centers and restaurants.

Basement parking has pillars between each parking spots. If you have a large car then I don't recommend relying on their basement parking. I was driving a medium sedan car and I struggled ever night to find a spot and at day when I wanted to leave it was so hard turn the car back to leave the parking as the entrance and exit way was the same. My rating went down for this reason

We specifically booked room with a balcony, but didn't get one.when we broight it to receptionist attemtion, was told hotel had no balconies,vthen they chamfer ut to only family rooms had balconies. We reported kettle wasmt working, man came up with new ilone and let himself in room while i was in bed.

The hotel is superb. Talking with the staff was most pleasant and easy. Breakfast was delicious. Value for money was the best of all our trip around Saudi Arabia.

A clearly visible signboard would be great. On our first arrival taxi driver passed the building couple of times, as it wasn't clear that the hotel is actually there.

Despite being very convenient at the airport, some problems for taxis to find it immediately.

The interior design, lighting, microwave oven, ironing machine and board, comfy sofa, bed and friendly staff.

There was an unpleasant smell from the bath. I asked for cleaning the second day and the odor almost disappeared for a few hours before coming back. I guess it is coming from the bath draining system. The location of the hotel is a bit difficult to be found by drivers.

I liked the kitchenat there were spoons knives and forks ..the microwave was so useful to me and the size of the fridge was very satisfying...the room was big and sunlight was good in the room..the breakfast was very good and the were variates

Everything was excellent, the guy at the front desk was very nice and very helpful. Breakfast was great. The hotel was very clean and very comfortable, close to many restaurants in the area. Nothing to complain about.

Booked hotel for my visiting family, saw the room but didn't stay there personally. Room was big and clean.

Location on the booking website was wrong, and directed us to a different hotel of the same chain. Also didn't appear on Google maps when directly copied the address.

For the 1st time we get the room hotel EXACTLY PERFECT as shown with the picture in booking. Very clean and tidy. u can’t even find any dust. for people tht have severe allergies this is the best choice especially who’s allergies to dust.

we like everything but only maybe can make a more choose for breakfast. but this we enjoy the breakfast. light and simple yet delicious.
