I went for Umrah with family and the first thing I would like mention here is location wise my stay cost was recommendable. In my floor room service and cleaning was done excellent by Br. Imran and Br. Saiful - I appreciate their business during my stay.

The breakfast served wasn’t in my satisfaction level - need to improve. And my check out experience also wasn’t in satisfactory level. I called front desk that I was ready to check out but no one showed up to pick up my luggage’s and I had to come down to tell them again. The person who was carrying my luggage need to improve his quality of service.

Excellent reception staff, helpful and friendly. Quick check-in and check-out. The hotel is located very close to the Grand Mosque. About 5-10 minutes walk on a straight path, via pedestrianized road. The hotel is deceptively big with a large lobby that houses a pleasant seating area with a small coffee shop that serves Starbucks. The breakfast wasn't the best but had a many choices and an omelet station. The room was spacious and the beds were really comfortable. There is a barber shop for the men just below the side entrance of the hotel for convenience.

The wifi signal was intermittent in the room, though my family have android and it seemed to work well for them.

Location was very close. Only a 2-3 minute walk away from the courtyard of the masjid. Cleaning staff was very nice. The breakfast was good as well

Some parts of the bathroom were old and not cleaned properly. The staff at the front desk was also not always helpful, and sometimes dismissive.

Location is perfect. 5 mins walk to Haram Room very cozy and sparkling clean Room service guys (Rafik and Amam) were super friendly Very easy check in and check out no complications Highly recommended stay

Everything really good however sometimes bad smell coming from the bathroom drain system Happens many times

Most importantly the washroom is clean. Quite near to MasjHaram, only behind safwah tower. Its super easy to get a taxi , they are parking everywhere in frnt of the hotel.

The shower is 24hrs hot. And I cant adjust the temp.

The room was nice, quiet and clean. Location was only a few minutes away from the masjid.

The staff mentioned that the prayer could be followed from the masjid when infact that was incorrect.

Luggage and wheelchair support service was provided brilliantly by Mohammed Abdulmnan محمد عبدالمنان and Nazrpul Abo Qasim نظرول ابو القاسم two Bellmen. Staff in general was very friendly and prompt. We extend heartily regards and thanks to staff. I have used this hotel before and always enjoyed the stay.

We booked supper king room with supper king bed but was accommodated in a room with 4 beds, which we accepted reasonable due to time and the rush in town, but room was not cleaned and was very dusty. We had to call for cleaning service so we could sleep in peace. Service was provided but asked many questions e.g. why do you need cleaning late night etc and than room was cleaned just nominally. We almost dusted the room ourself to make it look reasonable, but for the floor had to request for cleaning service. I found it shameful answering the odd questions, if needed cleaning so it did why asked odd questions. Floor 5th corridor was not appropriately clean not even the stranded.

Mostly i love the staff , they are very helpful and kind . i must mentioned all of them because this hotel beauty of them . BellMan Mr. Imam, Mr. Nazrul , Mr. Naem Aslam (captain) and Mr. Masud Hossain his smily face makes me everyday happy . this guy always smile its really important as a hotel staff . special thanks also the guys who cleaned the rooms . and special thanks to receptionist Saud Hawsawi a great guy also Abdur Rahman very funny . I definitely will back this hotel . And will send all of my friends. This hotel Emenitis are quality very good . Thanks to owners . If they keep mentioning qualities like now they definitely do good business.

Only things is bee and mosquito maybe of the summer time .

Clean, modern and spacious rooms. I have stayed in the clock tower previously which is an ideal location but this is still very close, has access to the main gates of the mosque and the lift/hotel is not busy at prayer times and you don’t have to wait long for the lift. I booked two rooms, in one room I booked a superior king bed, but when I arrived it had 2 king beds in which I was pleasantly surprised about. The other triple room I did not expect a small living area inside it which was a very nice touch as we were able to have meals there. I have travelled mecca several times and this is by far the best hotel I have stayed in. Would recommend it to my friends and family and I will book again in the future in sha allah.

Only negative about that property is that it made you pay online and there was a difference in prices due to the conversion rate. When I tried to get in contact prior though booking.com it was very difficult and never connected.
